Mo: Wow that’s quite a claim:

“email proof that NVHLTD never wrote to chika and made up his emails by copy and pasting previous announcements”.

Now that would be interesting to see. Are you saying Chika told you that I never emailed her? It would be quite a betrayal of trust to say I never emailed her and then told you. That’s also assuming you know my name and email address?

I won’t be posting her full reply, but she had 2 mails from me and only responded to the first which is typical.

It may go up when GS finish their dump but that wont be next week, try next month at the earliest.
What about the Duferco $6.5M worth of new shares? They have an interest in keeping the share price low until after they get their shares

Just a matter of time, a week or less to be more precise before this fly's. I expect GS to be out by Wed Thu next week. Hence the desperation from the paid derampers, shorters, whatever u want to call them. Have a funny feeling Fortune has been holding back the juicy rns's to coincide with GS finishing their dump.

Ive been looking through old RNSs Re Duferco CLN.
BMN are only paying off 50% of the CLN so do you think the 2 clauses could come into force ( NO MORE THAN 50 % )
Obligation to repay an amount equal to 40% of any cash received on a new share issue which raises more than US$30m, provided no more than 50% of the Loan Notes have already been paid, redeemed or converted;

o Obligation to repay an amount equal to 50% of any debt raised over US$15 million, provided no more than 50% of the Loan Notes have been repaid, redeemed or converted;

You see unlike the fake, I have email proof on What was quoted to me at the time on GS, email proof that NVHLTD never wrote to chika and made up his emails by copy and pasting previous announcements and email proof I’m a genuine investor

And the Listing debacle goes on and on. I think he may have suggested they might be ready soon to think about it again, but first he blamed the Vanchem deal and then Covid. He might be right about those as reasons for a delay, but it was his decision and since then there has only been negativity around BMN and the share price

Unless he has something good to say and promote who would want to invest in them now? Not unless there is good news on the horizon from ESKOM or a turn around in the Vanadium prices driven by demand.

As he has said previously II only want in via a placing or some other incentive. You can bet we’ll be the ones to pay for it.

It’s funny how the Lemmings forget what they post and turn bad news around to make it look good.

Until yesterday most posters on the LSE believed we had sufficient funds to progress all of the projects we had lined up. Of course I didn’t and said so.

It turns out we haven’t got anything like they thought so we’re having to borrow more money just to implement phase 3 at Vametco and phase 1 at Vanchem (plus pay off an existing loan).

Now it’s perfectly possible that these expansion initiatives will provide enough cash to implement the further refurbishment cost at Vanchem and build a mine at Mokopane.

But do we really think so given the money wasted buying into Redt and Enerox. Those 2 companies by themselves are going to be a mill stone around our necks for some considerable time to come. Invinity are almost certainly going to need to raise cash via a placing. The cost to us like Afritin will be dilution.

Enerox can’t raise funds via the markets. We have no visibility on their finances or sales pipelines. The fact we had to fund them during the buying process suggests their financial position isn’t great. So if they need more cash where is it going to come from? You guessed it - us via our 45% ( or more) responsibility to keep the lights on.

So we have been forced to borrow money to implement the phase 3 expansion at Vametco. Several years later than planned and after we’d squandered our money buying into bankrupt companies just so we had some potential customers for our electrolyte. The payments being a percentage of sales for years and years to come.

We’ve been forced to take out more CLN loans to pay for just the first part of the Vanchem refurbishment.

Both loans are subject to the approval of Nedbank so aren’t guaranteed yet.

We have some dilution this year and next for the Duferco CLN.

We have no money for Mokopane.

The reality is the company has been forced to borrow money to pay for their expansion plans rather than our own, because our own money was squandered.

Ive just watched the Fortune interview on CNBC Africa, he didn't seem as “ chipper “ as he usually is with interviews. He mentioned JSE listing possible H1 2021, “better late than never (Only 2 years over due )“

Mo: Maybe so, but like you keep saying to me how do we know what they said to you personally. What we do know is that an RNS was issued the other week stating that Golden Summit had reduced their holding. There was no mention of a transfer of any kind.

We can speculate all we like about their reasons, intent and board room bust ups. Maybe they didn’t like the fund raising or dilution?

Unfortunately as you won’t prove your not a genuine investor and have the constant traits of a mischief maker I don’t think it would be fair to other genuine shareholders to carry on conversations with you. But if you should decide to play ball one day then maybe we could pick up from here.regards Alex.

Hi Mo: As I said before I won’t be posting my shareholding, but thanks for the interest. I’m still waiting for an apology regarding GS selling down and the fact we made a loss as I predicted. No negativity just fact based research and opinion.
