One to tuck away CR..tech market appears to be retracing which may halt further progress from here..but I have been proved wrong many a times!Not bad result at all...confirming what I said in my last post here..

In profit in H2.

Cash generative in H2.

Margins increase to 20% from 6% last year (19%in H1).

Cash risen to £7.6m from £7.3m in H1.

Company says:

Current trading and outlook

"The markets in which the Group trades continue to be very difficult, and there
is still no indication as to the timing and nature of a turnaround in the
corporate technology sector. However, having taken significant action in the
past 24 months to counter these external pressures, the Group is beginning to
see the benefits, having achieved a near break-even position from a trading
perspective during the financial year under review and having been cash
generative in the second half. We remain confident as a Board that we can
continue to improve the financial performance of the Group despite adverse
external factors."

Current market cap £6.2m - that's £1.5m below the cash in the business alone.

Cash in the business of 9p a share - can expect positive eps from here on and if the economy improves then this may well be on a forward pe as low as 5 or less.

Due a re-rating surely.

MM's still buying stock in 250K wadges this am - must be a big order to fill still after the mm trades yesterday.

And now a price tick up too - in the morning this time - well they don't have long to get stock before the results do they :-)

Pretty clear some reasonable progress will be evident in forth coming results.No stock rises like this before an announcement unless somebody has pretty reliable information.Its not like this has been ramped in the press or anything.For me it is just a low risk bet on a company with more cash than market cap that demonstrated trading progress in a difficult enviroment at the interim stage.

Well if all the retail trades were buys today they never added up to the total of all the mm trades. Looks like there will be a large trade published later or they are still trying to fill a big one - another rise tomorrow afternoon if that's the case I guess :-)

Results will tell more Tony... if they have a healthy cash balance, are cash flow positive.. which will probably see them 10p + ..

More interestingly, is the buisness they do.. a lot of it is e-buisness, they have dot-encrypt etc etc..

Its how the buisness will flow over the year that is interesting.. if they win more contracts, have cash etc.. 10p+ easy...

Lack of visibilty with trades due to paltry NMS of 1000 shares. "O" trades more than 6*NMS delayed by 2 hours. Surely with a healthy cash balance and no debt, it can not be long before these are re-rated or am I missing something here?

Just had a little nibble myself on these 25k@7.4p. Order filled straightway so maybe some loose stock around. ;-)

A 500K mm trade looks like a sell at first glance looks a sell but more like a delayed mm trade as the price is moving up further - one heck of a big buy coming in here just before the results by the look of it :-)

these were over 1.00 quid.. a couple of years ago....
Looking at the potential of their buisness over the NEXT 2 YRS.. is quite impressive.. esp their area..
