Someone's buying big just before the results - that's a 250K mm buy and another tick up on the offer :-)

Now let me see - I said in the above post I expect these to move up again this afternoon - and there you have it - marked up on a 5K MM trade - are they short of stock or what? Followed by a 100K MM trade - made to look like a sell as it was booked just after a tick up :-)

Okay, why was the price jacked up yesterday then? There has onbly been a few historic trades reported today. Add those to the buys of the past few days and they don't outweigh the smallers sells including a 250K sell a few days ago.

In my opinion the MM's are keen to get stock and are filling a larger order - look for the stock to tick up again this afternoon if no big sells are forthcoming.

IT hardware sales will probably improve over quarter 3 this year .. The area BSG work in will improve dramatically ....

Depending on the results .. if they are cash flow positive...this will hit 10p.. maybe higher

e-buisness is starting to improve in the private sector .. in the public sector this will outstrip private sector growth by 30 times as mentioned previously...

BSG are in prime position...
Good Luck..

Lovely - 3 mm's on 6p now, just one left on the offer at 6.5p.

I've been watching the few small sells go through over the last fortnight and the mm's have soaked the lot and still upped the price.

CK..

If we get those mentioned above.. i don't seriously think we will see below 10p...

+ their markets will outstrip the private sector by 30 TIMES ... sorry guys, not 30% as first written...by 2005

My hopes are pinned on several points.

Loads of cash - £7m -, 50% more than the market cap.

Restructured.

No debt.

High director holding.

Positive noises from the business whilst adding the note of caution that every responsible company has done over the last year.

In addition, companies like Computerland UK doing extremely well.

With results in a week perhaps we'll see the T10 buyers turn up next week.

Note : NO DEBT..

LONDON (AFX) - Business Systems Group Holdings PLC, which provides
end-to-end technology solutions for the business-to-business market, has cut its
pretax loss for the six months to Sept 30 2002 to 0.4 mln stg from a loss of 4.5
mln a year earlier.
The turnaround in results come from increasing revenues, improving gross
margins and a reduction in the cost base.
Turnover increased 7.5 pct over the corresponding period last year to 14.1
mln stg as a result of new contracts and high retention rate among existing
clients.
Gross margins improved to over 19 pct from only 1 pct a year ago, the
company said. Its cost base was substantially lowered with annual payroll cost
savings of over 2.9 mln stg.
The group has also had significant success in its Webgenerics' hosting
offering. This has resulted in revenues for the business quadrupling to over
1.1 mln stg for the six months compared with a year earlier. Earnings before
depreciation and amortisation were positive in the period for the first time
since Webgenerics was launched in 1999.
The Group's balance sheet remains strong with 7.3 mln stg of cash and no
debt.
Chairman Geoffrey Procter said the board believes that the information
technology market will remain subdued for at least another six months, and
possibly for all of 2003, as customers continue to delay projects and conserve
cash.
This is particularly true in relation to hardware and software in BSG's
traditional client base, in the City and financial services, he said. Hence,
although the group will continue to invest in its relationships and expertise in
these industries, it is developing new markets in the property, publishing and
voluntary/charity sectors, where demand remains more robust.
However, while the market remains depressed, the board said it recognises
that the greatest challenge will be to gain new business, especially in the
consulting division.
