CR bailed out if I remember rightly.But still here after buying at 4.61 and see no reason to sell.

Much like everyone else, I'm almost too scared to put anything on the board for fear of spoiling the momentum of this little beauty, so I'll just wisper.

Come the 5th do we have any ideas as to the value to BSG of the share cancellation and o likely bonus to shareholders if they decide to give a divi?

OP You're welcome, TTL is also looking interesting. Borne out of the roxspur shell and bought up 3 profitable telecom companies which are doing well. Sorry to mention other stocks on this thread but that's how I heard about BSG in the first place.

Simon. Looked at XKO a while ago but dismissed it as having too little cash, and also neg assets (Stock, Debtors,and Cash less Short and long Creditors and Provisions) of -3.4. However now see I overlooked the fact the trading losses were made up of amortisation etc. and they had real cash profits. Lesson learnt to not be so hasty in my research - thanks for reminding me.

I would see the capital restructuring taking place on 5th Feb, leading to a possible dividend payment, making this small cap more interesting to the larger investor. If BSG can get into profit as forecast then we might retrace to where they fell off the cliff around Oct 2001 - hence my target of 35p.

OP. thanks for the info, I hope your target price is right. We do seem to be back in a bull market with so many undervalued small caps doing well. Speaking of which you might be interested in XKO which has made a regular profit thoughout the bear market and still has a PER of under 10.

OP. What good news is to come to prompt a target of 35p? Don't get me wrong - good luck to you and all BSGers. I sold out at 9.25p (the cash level) for a 50% profit - more fool me. I was tempted to get back in at around 11p but didn't expect the rise to continue so strongly.

Any views on this stock. I have a target of 35p based on good news to come and the 3 year chart plus the little stock available.

I would expect the finals to show a burn rate of less than £500K for the year and nil on-going (excluding exceptionals).
Trades in this stock are often reported very late hence a mark-up on no apparent action. It does appear that there is little free floating stock so any limited buying will push the price up, but conversely it could be difficult to unload even a medium sized holding.

Yes, It has done well on little or no news. I noticed the mm's have been marking this up on no trades at all sometimes, including before the first trade this morning. Perhaps they are in need of some stock and are hoping to tempt a few sellers.
Does anyone know what the cash burn rate is?

Interesting selection of stocks HP, I've held only one (IND), tried to buy another (HDT), and looked at two of the others (CDY + PTH). I'll try to take a look at them all this w/e.
