28/1/2024 09:29 | Bunga bunga party...share price was around 500p...what about loss of shareholder value... | diku
25/1/2024 19:28 | Well that took a while because it's what knocked the BT share price down a long time ago, wasn't it? == Eight convicted in Italy over false accounting at BT subsidiary BT was forced to take a 530 million pound ($674 million)charge in its accounts in 2017 after the emergence of a scandal that sent its share price plunging in London. | smurfy2001
19/1/2024 22:26 | I've NEVER had an issue with an RM Parcel. I have had issues with the others and they are the least I have had any deliveries from! | isis
19/1/2024 22:24 | Another example of the complete undervaluation of the UK markets :- | isis
18/1/2024 12:39 | For anyone with an ounce of sense, it's pretty obvious bet just goes round threads randomly posting nonsense. | hedgefundkick
18/1/2024 11:16 | I guess we are on the bounce back up to £1.35..... (or higher).. | netcurtains
17/1/2024 11:44 | If you put your Nose to your screen you can actually smell the Petrus being corked in Mayfair! | isis
16/1/2024 22:09 | BT is abandoning mid-contract price rises linked to inflation after the telecoms watchdog Ofcom threatened to ban the practice. | smurfy2001
16/1/2024 20:37 | any thoughts on the 115million trade that went through @ 116,2p today ? that is rather a large trade!!!! | cityfarmer
16/1/2024 20:16 | I think we know about the Capex and the Pension and it is well documented and the reasons why - so you think they are worth nothing then? | isis
16/1/2024 19:47 | Isis, you are ignoring the lack of growth for BT re the rating. Also, on a very rudimentary PE multiple BT.A may look cheap, taking a wider look on a valuation that factors in net debt, it looks more fairly valued - and that's before looking at the pension liability. | essentialinvestor
16/1/2024 13:42 | Without UK Pension Funds buying UK stocks again I find it hard to say how valuations and stability can be corrected. From owning 50% of the UK markets 25 years ago they now own virtually nothing, including the BT Pension Fund! With all the Rules and Regulations and no incentives they're just too scared to own UK shares or just can't be bothered! | isis
16/1/2024 12:07 | BT is like that TV show DAS BOOT Dive, Dive Dive..... | netcurtains
16/1/2024 10:51 | With an election likely end of this year, and prospect of Labour & Quiche Starmer taking over, if I were Draghi I'd want to reduce my exposure to UK. With his size holding, it will offmarket. Quite incredible isn't it that Deutsche Teco is valued at 113 bn Euros and BT at a paltry £11bn.... as s/o else has mentioned government failures over many years re. regulation, taxation, enterprise incentives is reducing mUK stock market to a back water stuffed with undervalued businesses being picked off one by one.... | fevertreeman
15/1/2024 19:55 | He will not offload in the market. With that size of holding it's not done like that, would be placed to various Institutions and Buyers possibly even at a premium. I don't think he would sell anyway. | isis
15/1/2024 19:51 | Ps if Drahi do off load and can not find willing buyer it may go to 90p but if he does it can go to 200p. DYOR. | action
15/1/2024 19:49 | Not really. BT capital investment gets 25% tax rebate which will be useful for pension funding. Also Bt will reduce headcount by 40% by 2030. Hence labour and pension cost will no longer a problem. BT could get IT rating if it gets Elon musk help. Today's new BT in process of converting its high street power unit in Car charging unit. All looks positive. | action
15/1/2024 18:53 | It's not Tesla it's Starlink. | isis
