Analyst Andrew Ford initiated coverage with a ‘buy’ recommendation and target price of £11 on the stock, which closed up 1.1%, or 11p, at 987p on Monday. ‘Britvic is a UK-based soft drink manufacturer and distributor with exclusive distribution rights in the UK and Ireland for PepsiCo’s brands,’ he said. ‘Its portfolio has been fully optimised to meet the low-sugar, premium and functional energy demands of the post-pandemic consumer.
