28/12/2023 08:31 | The share price is still around 50% lower than it was in February 23 and the same goes for it a good few years back. So what have the greedy Green’s done for the average PI? What have they accomplished, well they have swallowed a few other entities that were supposed to increase shareholder value, they have diluted PI’s repeatedly, they grew their own interests without a doubt. So why invest in this unless it’s on the big dips for a quick turn impo. Tell me what is going to change in 2024? | clocktower
12/12/2023 16:33 | I see it differently Clocktower. It's an approved scheme, established in'17, and key to senior management incentivisation. There's a reasonable strike price given where we are today... 3 year vesting profile. What is more significant is if she takes up the previous tranche she got at 0.01p. | samed1
12/12/2023 15:20 | There will be forever more a stream of increasing shares issued it seems, and a nice way of tunneling away profits from small investors impo. DYOR | clocktower
30/11/2023 22:32 | Very informative and both of the brothers were there and lots of investors seemed positive after the presentations | davidosh
30/11/2023 16:43 | Anyone been to Mello Chiswick London 29th /30th this week ? Was it informative or waste of a day ? | johneee
23/11/2023 17:23 | Well their buying has certainly improved the share price, so let us hope that the performance of the business improves and the share price does continue to rise, rather than find that they have once again diluted PI's with another buy in the next few months. Might soon get to the point of worth taking profits and putting the bird in the oven for Christmas. Good Luck. | clocktower
21/11/2023 10:45 | I can't disagree with you Clocktower...the issuing of shares to fuel M&A will annoy many for all the reasons you mention and more, dilution, EPS pressure, increase in share volumes...but they did take control, with their own money and they have had the long stated strategy of M&A. The last acquisition has clearly had its challenges... they have acknowledged this. I would be surprised if they didn't pick up on much of the structural issues in the DD process and still made the decision to move forward, given the brand value they were acquiring and the increased dimension it gives the Groups GTM offering. One could suggest that that the poor operational state of the acquisition was more a reflection of the previous management's abilities. Clearly the integration is more costly than expected and that is painful, but personally my view is they'll find the operational efficiency they are looking for. As of the commitment by the Greens being a small percentage of their overall value...no doubt that is true too... but that wasn't precisely the point I was making. Regardless of anyone's collective wealth, it cannot be right to assume that they don't apply their own risk judgements on even the smallest amount...I was brought up with that view. Given that, I would assume they attach as much justification to the last set of buys as they did to getting involved in the first place. They do act with self interest, you are right.... But then most of us do. But their self interest in tied to creating a business of value ultimately and that aligns to all our self interests. | samed1

17/11/2023 14:38 | ali47fishm try doing some research of you want a full history but if you really want to know "what" rather they "who" they are, then opinions will vary but from what I have observed and seen since they removed the previous CEO, they have demonstrated that their self interest comes head and shoulders above those of PI's. Shares issued to themselves and others without offering the same to PI's by way of example. They have grown the company but the share price has remained low but I believe they have a bigger slice of the cake now. | clocktower

13/11/2023 08:04 | Good contract wins but just talk about Adjusted profit, so the purchase of the SocialChain, was the Greens ego tack on, it really seems to have been like adding a lead weight to your anchor in heavy seas, and then finding out that it’s to heavy to lift and your just dragging your anchor closer to the rocks. It might be costly to cut the rope but better than being junk wreckage. | clocktower
13/11/2023 07:59 | Bullish update. | northwards |
