I have hazl but i was hoping they do another presentation after the trading update because they must have had a really strong final quarter to exceed their forecasts so much.

To beat their profit by at least £0.5m in the final 2 months is really impressive.

I watched their last video Z1CO ..4 months old, and whilst the figures are no longer relevant, the explanations of all the different platforms and the diverse way they work, is most interesting.

You might have already seen it.

Absolutely hazl , they are far too cheap.

The shares are currently being rated at less 1 x their revenue , which is very low. Companies that are experiencing compound growth like BBSN's have rating of between 2 to 5 x their revenue and sometimes even higher.

A 2 x rating for their current year revenue would give a valuation of apprx. £80m or share price of 6.25p.

Share price will continue to be rerated over the coming weeks/months.

It has in effect become a different animal, quite right Z1CO, and therefore deserves a higher rating.

H2 trading across the group was very strong in comparison to H1:

H2 revenue £18.6m v £16.9m
Ad. PBT £2.1m v £1.5m
Ad. PBT per share 0.16p v 0.12p

Ad.PBT in H2 increased by 40% over H1 due to the fixed cost base.

The company is operating from within 9 countries and has hubs in:

London,Manchester,Thailand,New York,Cape Town,Singapore,Egypt and Bulgaria

A much bigger group now compared to a few years ago.

The current year will be another strong growth for revenue , PBT and EPS and will be the 4th consecutive year of growth.

The strong growth in final two months of last year bodes well for Q1 and 2024 which could again exceed their expectations.

Looking forward to the outlook when they announce their final results.

MM's want you pay full offer price of 2.70p to buy even 25,000 shares.

MM's playing their games again by dropping the bid to 2.50p on a few sells but still giving you 2.65p for your shares.

Like the previous dip from 2.40p this one will also NOT last very long.

The shares are trading on a prospective of less than 10.Taking in to account the compound growth over the last 3 years a prospective PE of around 15 is more suitable for this much of growth.

Valuing the company at 4.5p

I keep finding more to surprise me.

I really didn't realise they were into sports as well but just right for the younger generations.

Far too soon to be departing , the shares have much further to travel up north.

The business must of had very a strong November and December in terms trading which bodes well for Q1 and the rest of the year.

The company said on 13/11/2023 that they will meet current-year market expectations of GBP3.1 million Adjusted Profit Before Tax.

They ended the year beating the forecast by achieving Adjusted PBT of £3.6m that's £0.5m more in the last two months of the year.

I expect more upgrades after the results.

Not really big buys in the scheme of things just market reaction to any volumes these days with these high beta stocks.
