OPG made £4.1 mil profits in 6 months and has a strong net cash position and generated tons of cash yet market cap is £42 mil, very unloved as always as Indian.

In this grim risk off market for small caps cash and profitability are more key than ever and there aren't many better cash-positive, profitable growth stories among small caps than this one, that I have found anyway! Market cap really does have a way to go to catch up with the facts.

BBSN I was in successfully years ago, and can see that they have surpassed themselves, recently, by the quality of their update.

Good growth over the last 3 years and 2024 will be the 4th consecutive year of growth in revenue , profits and cash generation.

I strongly feel that these under performing shares will rerate strongly this year.

We could see 4p to 5p in 12 months time.

The shares could really off this year on the back of the strong H2 trading which has continued into the start of 2024.

Revenue for 2024 could exceed £40m and PBT of £4.5m to £5.0m.

They are also beginning to generate significant free flow cash which will surpass £7m this year.

The shares were over 3p in January 2023.

The company performed very strongly in H2 and exceeded it's revenue , profits and free flow cash.

Share price will no doubt surpass 3p again by the time they announce their full year results in April.

On relatively little volume as well, which goes to show how tightly these shares are now being held. Maybe there is another step up yet to come.

Revenue , Profits and EPS will increase again for the current year making the shares very cheap at 2.15p.

Revenue will most likely be at least £40m for current year and that's without any acquisitions.

This always takes a little time to build momentum but it could well head up towards 3p again I guess as the figures were impressive.

Cash has increased more than expected to £6.8m from £4.3m at the end of June.

That's nearly 25% of market cap.

A really strong H2.

Bought a few on the open and a few more on the first pull back.

Back to at least 3p over the next few months.
