I'm new to BBSN as well and the same thought crossed my mind. You could look at performance before the acquisitions started (half year to June 2021) but the picture could be distorted by Covid impacts. Organic growth is mentioned in the 2021 full year accounts.

Hello

Am new to BBSN. Has anyone seen any analysis of organic growth which the company is generating? There's various examples or small cap cos which have successfully growth via an aggressive M&A strategy, as well as various others which destroyed shareholder value by the same.

Not sure which camp these fall into so interested in organic growth and post-acquisition performance (turnover and profit) compared to pre-acquisition

Looks like Lombard's disposal was picked up by Lord Ashcroft, who has now increased his stake from 7.2% to 14.2%.

As they are now below 3%, Lombard will never announce their holding again, so we will never know if they have sold. It is highly likely, however.

Looks like its cleared; 2,305,000 crossed trade @2.85p printed at 17:06; I think we can expect a Lombard 0% TR1 in the next 24hrs.....

Yup, the Lombard overhang is nearly cleared; they had less than 17m shares on 9th; then the true re-rating of the share price will happen. Currently the stream of buys at 2.84 should clear the overhang in a couple of days; or sooner!

Mike…good update and I agree it was a great move by BBSN. Once we break 3p next levels 6-8p plus as RNS deals flow. I do expect over 10p plus more end of year as growth beats market expectations.

Future for BBNS is looking very bright.
