Well guys if they go for another acquisition then all depends on the size of the
acquisition.
As Someuwin has pointed out they don't want to dilute themselves much either. I am sure they will try and take a balanced step forward.

The way the share price has reacted over the last couple of days wouldn't be suprised if news of accusation is immanent. Don't believe there's a fund raise linked to the agreement.

With over One Billion shares in issue it is now going to take some very good news to get it to breakout and go above 3p imo.

What also holds it back is fear of dilution with each acquisition. There is no-doubt the company is doing well but I would like to have a clear picture and be informed if they have any intentions of adding Tangent in.

I'm delighted to have spotted BB at this stage of there development, I think they are a rare find on AIM. The market and their offering are both very strong; the management know their industry well and are fully invested in the business. They are generating cash and bolting on acquisitions which further enhance earnings. I was also pleased to see a new NXD which is a strong governance signal. Catching the eye of a few more institutional investors on the way up is their next task. I'm holding long term.

I think this one is going to be a long term hold for me and top up, on the dips. The BoD are all reasonably young and they know how to run the business.
They have met all the points I look for in my investments.

...Yes - as they said in the presentation Q&As, they are the biggest shareholders (with over 20% between the two of them) so they'll be doing everything they can to minimise future dilution.

Someuwin, what I liked very much is that they are using remote workers. So the wages are nowhere as much as they would be paying here, the UK workers.
I mean, there is a very large disparity between a IT worker in the UK or one in India
as far as wages go.
You can get 6 Indian workers for the same wage as you would pay one worker in the UK !!
Yes modern times are going exactly the way you post in your above post.

Buy another bolt on at the right price and I would be happy. The only worry is if there is one, is if they take on too much debit and continue to dilute share holders.
I am sure they won't try and run until they have learnt to walk fast first.
It will also make them a T/O target by the likes of WPP etc,etc in the future.
Not too soon I hope.

This company has almost limitless scalability.

Don't think I saw this Full Year presentation and Q&A when it came out in April this year.

A good overview of where BBSN are now.

Profitable & cash generative on a monthly basis. With a clear plan to build a much bigger business. Plus the opportunity to speed growth with further acquisitions.
