12/2/2023 11:02 | Much online speculation about the low price paid by Brave Bison for Social Chain! Steven Bartlett explains Social Chain price tag amid acquisition confusion: hxxps://www.uktech.n "He (Steven Bartlett) concluded by saying Brave Bison is “a very capable marketing company with great founders” and that he is “very happy the brand is now in the hands of people with marketing in their DNA”. | mikejoseph
10/2/2023 09:56 | We are in for an interesting period with orders flowing and a huge potential for growth. Huge growth potential with Market growing and orders increasing. Plenty of growth and opportunities for BBSN The Future is Bright..great RNS soon on strong order flow and increased demand for their Products and Services. Great team, products and services growing each Quarter. One to tuck away for the future and Even Trebling each year or even higher. | halfpenny
08/2/2023 15:51 | Most institutions need £100m market cap before they take an interest and fund managers don't get brownie points for being a lone wolf. Private investors could have bought BBSN at 2.4p last Friday which was close enough to the placing price. Management hold a 19.1% stake so are motivated to drive the business. They also appear to be in a hurry and I like that. | eagle eye
08/2/2023 14:48 | LOL J C. Buy low sell on the up. I think CH would have done better for PI's had she not been pushed out but then that is just my view. When last did an institution last buy BBSN shares in the market in any volume? No they buy them at a discount then pass them on to PI's at a healthy profit. | clocktower
08/2/2023 13:54 | The Greens bought their stake off the defunct Woodford fund for about 1.2 pence a share (wasn't actually disclosed) 3 1/2 years ago (June 2019) that represents a compound return of over 25%. They did not get a hold of the management of the company for about a year after that and since then have improved company performance dramatically. You cannot blame them for the fact that market regulation makes it very difficult to issue shares to private investors on a cost-effective basis if you are trying to do deals quickly. The deals they are doing are adding a lot of value. If you don't like that you shouldn't own the shares. | john connor
08/2/2023 13:35 | As far as I recall the share price was not 1.35p when they came aboard, it dropped to that much to zinc01's annoyance if you check the thread, as I seem to recall it sank back to that level, as I expected after the deal that proceeded it. That was the good buying opportunity. :-) I think in truth you will find it has gone around 50% in three years but as it was 70p - that was before it was repeatedly diluted as well. The Greens have taken up shares on each occasion but PI's have been locked out and that is what I do not like about it - it is a form of tunneling imo. DYOR. | clocktower
08/2/2023 11:31 | My post referred to the share price doubling since the last deal at 1.35p. The current share pice is circa 2.7p, so double. In the past the share price was much higher (70p once!) but the Greens were not in charge then. Since they have been in charge the return on the stock has been attractive. | john connor
08/2/2023 09:59 | J C the share price has not doubled in 4 years in fact it has not reached it peaks in 2018/2019 yet but as Babbler notes it is approaching it's high of 2019 at long last. So not the best investment bearing in mind inflation etc and PI's I believe own a small percentage of the company than they did in 2018/2019. Please correct me if I am mistaken on that last comment. | clocktower
07/2/2023 09:55 | Cenkos price target now 3.9p; worth reading the note on Research Tree; this acquisition is very solid progress. | mikejoseph
07/2/2023 08:24 | It has not diluted. The transaction has caused the broker to increase significantly the EPS forecast for 2023. (Just like the last transaction you moaned about, which led to a doubled share price.) | john connor
07/2/2023 07:48 | Wonder why Michael Ashcroft has taken a slug of BBSN. Consolidate or merge? This guy rarely buys and holds. | mdchand
07/2/2023 07:34 | And those who've held all along? It's near 3 year highs. Not sure what else you want? | babbler
07/2/2023 07:15 | Strong management growing a small company intelligently by shrewd acquisition in expanding markets and attracting some interesting large shareholders. | photon
06/2/2023 19:58 | With over 1.25 billion shares this is going nowhere with the deals they keep pulling off which constantly dilutes PI’s again and again. The beneficiaries are the insiders. | clocktower
06/2/2023 07:25 | Huge growth potential with Market growing and orders increasing. Plenty of growth and opportunities for BBSN The Future is Bright..great RNS soon on strong order flow and increased demand for their Products and Services. Great team, products and services growing each Quarter. One to tuck away for the future and Trebling each year or even higher. | halfpenny
03/2/2023 09:05 | The lack of a facility for private investors is indeed disappointing. From a wider perspective it also highlights where you sit in terms of the company's priorities. | jombaston
03/2/2023 07:55 | Yes. First impression is that acquisition of Social Chain fits the acquisition strategy. It is a major deal and could be as transformative as Greenlight. If EBITDA hits stretch target of £4.8m in year3, then deal will not look expensive at 4x. But this is quite a stretch target as at present Social Chain looks around EBITDA break-even. Also a reassuring trading update for H2 2022. My one significant conplaint is just like the Greenlight deal, there is no facility for PI shareholders to participate in the fund raise - which is being done at a significant discount to yesterday’s close (2.6p bid), despite all the blurb in the RNS about the 60-day VWAP, disguising the size of the discount. Why no Open Offer etc? | jane deer
03/2/2023 07:09 | Big news today. | someuwin
26/1/2023 13:35 | Blue sky ahead as we shoot for the stars. I still see an opportunity for a takeover being likely before end tax year and a value 8-10p plus ..even more.. Look out for Higher Highs as demand increases..then a Huge Breakout as RNS flows.. Plenty of growth and opportunities for BBSN The Future is Bright..great RNS soon on strong order flow and increased demand for their Products and Services. | halfpenny
23/1/2023 07:55 | Someuwin, good article showing the potential and demand for BBSN Products and Services. BBSN is a winner with a strong future making Higher Highs. | halfpenny
17/1/2023 13:41 | BBSN expected to have a breakout above 3p towards 4p. As RNS flow with great news and a positive outcomes. Future looking bright so get ready for a sharp upturn with Higher Highs. | halfpenny
17/1/2023 13:00 | It was 3p in 2019 - so a poor performance other than for the directors imo. | clocktower
16/1/2023 20:42 | I agree and lots of momentum upwards .. | halfpenny
16/1/2023 10:28 | Interesting volume today with the delayed buys; pretty much Still under the radar | ibrahim69 |
