LOL mdchand - No I suggest looking for a buying opportunity at around .9 as I expect Tangent would then make an offer at 1.2p :-) My money is on it Slowly dripping down till then or maybe a big drop on 31st July - but Hey Ho DYOR.

Lets hope they announce some big contracts before then that Kate might have in the bag.

You do realise the percentage not in public hands is 60%. It will take very little to get this moving.

Lets face facts, unless there is further news this is unlikely to go northwards and more likely than not to slowly slip towards the 1.2p that was recently paid for just on 19% of the company. Holders get bored and move on, even possibly cutting loses as they bought in on the hype.

We have heard very little about questions that were put to Kate at the AGM - I guessed anything serious was brushed aside.

Tangent paid 1.2p a share, either a deal of some sort is on the table or they will wait until the share price slides on less positive news, then maybe make an offer of 1.2p for the rest of the holding imo - I doubt they would pay a premium for BBSN.

Becuase Tangent were struggling at the time. Now its all sorted I think they will want to back on the market and a merger is the best route as it creates a much bigger company, Just my opinion.

rmart. Why would Tangent want to go listed again? Michael Green just took them private, they were listed already.
