If you recall CH was wanting to open a couple of new channels in the interview with her, after the last figures were announced and a short time before her sudden departure - well that seems to have been put on the shelf as well, as that might have also been a bone of contention around the board table.

Definitely a major concern to see the downward trend continue in FB views, I hope it gets addressed at the AGM. I'm hoping to attend but I work the other side of town so not the easiest of journeys at 11am in the middle of the work day.

Mr T - Thanks for that - I have updated the header and included the link you have provided, as you may notice. When you think around a 50% fall in the share price since Kate came in, and not a word from the company.

I hope not to many here have been holding on, watching their invest value decline.

Would I do such a thing dplewis1 - Chuck her under a bus you suggest, I think she is more likely to fall off her horse as I understand that she is also a keen horsewoman and regularly competes show jumping at a senior level.

I see she is keen to pay those on maternity leave full pay for 12 months, if what you read in the above interview is correct - so watch the companies costs base rise.

Are you going to the AGM - if so let us all know if she still on her high horse.

If its a busy meeting, I bet she will be fending off a lot of questions and trying to keep a straight face. Plenty of make-up to hide the red faces as well maybe.

Well in response to that clocktower I'd say give the woman a chance - it's the AGM next week. I'm happy to reserve my judgement until then rather than trying to throw her under the bus before she's even changed the name plaque on the office door.

dplewis, Kate wears many hats, and in view of the stated current one in an investment firm, should provide her with an understanding of the importance of being seen to act in the best interests of all BBSN shareholders, and if she thinks that Woodfords investment in BBSN is doing damage (which many here seem to believe) to BBSN, then it is her job to see if she can fix it.

If on the other hand she thinks the shares are now overvalued or fairly valued, then I guess she would not want to add petrol to the fire, that seemed to start when the CFO sold a wack of his shares.

"Kate has a wealth of experience within the digital content and publishing industry and is currently a Venture Partner at Hambro Perks, an investment firm."

I would say to Kate - IF you have such a great track record, pull your finger out if your half up to the job and provide information that should make the share price recover to the highs that it reached under CH`s leadership, regardless of Woodfords`s holding - i.e. RNS about - New large contracts, increased cash position, forward positive projections etc.

I would expect Kate to be in contact with Woodford to try and arrange something for IF or when he decides to sell

Clocktower it's not Kate's job to organise the investment firms who have stakes in BBSN! She is not a fund manager or investment specialist she is the CEO of a digital agency.. Do you expect her to be calling round buyside shops to see if they fancy 20% of her company?? Give me strength..

3 buys at 1.47 in short session, good to others following suite, could do with a bit more conversion on the board too.

Nice little top up from me at 1.48 and someone comes along and gets a better price of 1.45, how is that possible.

If Kate was up to the job, I think she would have already had words with Woodford and found a home for that stake if Woodford are sellers at this point in time.

Uncertainty causes fear.

I think this company will do well. I took some previously and will be scaling in.

Agreed. Last week was a case study in herd mentality. Big rise Wednesday as everyone realised Claire had sold out followed by a pullback on Thursday as everyone shat themselves because they thought Woodford might sell. What is wrong with analysing a company, buying some stock if you like it and then holding it for a few years??

I cannot see Woodford selling at these levels for a couple of reasons;-
- The holding is 20% of the company so only raises around £1.8m. Not sure that helps his overall situation?
- The company share price has halved in the last 3 months so again why sell?
- Woodford would be looking to place the whole holding and that would (for Woodford) likely be below market price . Again, I cannot see any sense to raise just £1.8m

I sense Woodford has much bigger issues to focus on than BBSN - He will sell, but I see him waiting.

He really should have soft closed his funds rather than simply start investing in more and more illiquid stocks.

Woodford position is at very list tricky and my understanding is that the selling will be more likely dictate by:
money withdrawn to make this will need to sell big stock with big position, but there is a big but on how much they can hold on unlisted and small cap.
i believe the unlisted it is 10% max not sure on the small cap, but as they sell the like of kier and so to pay investor as result the percentage of unlisted and small cap increase to the point that any increase value on those will trigger a selling.
hopefully another fund well take large chunks but but it is unlikely to happen unless it is ab absolute bargain or protecting their own investment as it happen in Tosca and purple
just thinking loud as ever do you homework

Tosca, not Tosco..

He won't be increasing his position. If you watch his grovelling apology on YouTube he says that the equity income fund (of which BBSN is a component) will be repositioning to more liquid assets and selling down anything below FTSE350. Having said that, WEIF had several billion under management and a couple of million invested in BBSN is neither here nor there. It could well be months before he gets round to selling his stake here and they have already demonstrated that they are engaging other buyside firms to take positions off them (e.g Tosco with PURP).

Thank you dplewis, interesting read. However I did not come across Brave Bison mentioned anywhere in that article and my personal opinion is that since the share price is almost as low as the 52 week low, it's got more potential to go up than down and would be more logical to increase his position than to decrease it.Guess we will have to wait and see.

The stock will remain weak until the market knows/understands what is to happen with the Woodford holding - The fund holds 113,205,556 shares (18.70%)
They are the largest single shareholder.....

Once Woodfords intentions are known the share price can start to find a true level......
