dave, i am here for a good while, had a good tip about this one and have bought a good few. I will still trade others but I feel there is more to the Tangent thing than meets the eye.

Just let people know you are very short term, perhaps a day or two then you will sell and move on, nothing wrong with that I trade BBSN myself but we'll get the thread hijack scenario for a short while before he vanishes.

Tangent are not listed. IMO they want a listing and a merger with BBSN seems likely imo.

Cheaper than going for a listing themselves and much quicker. Also the 2 business fit together nicely. I think they will be upping the stakein BBSN soon.

There's more than a straight forward investment going on here. I smell strategic partnership with a very experienced team. Who knows, maybe even further investment. This will open doors for BBSN imo.. expect news of new happenings soon.

Sorry for ignorant question, but is it confirmed that Woodford sold all his holding to Tangent or just most of it? (i.e. is WOodford likely to still be selling any?)

If bbsn was listed in U.S. I bet would be valued at 10 times today's market cap.Such a growth tech social media company with revenue of GBP 21m , no debt and almost into profits.I like new focus on APAC growth

In Tangents last reported accounts they state that continue to look at investments in the digital, media and technology landscape. I think they might be too large for tangent to swallow, although with Green's reputation, perhaps they could. For now, I see active collaboration / leveraging opportunities but in future....who knows?
