I started thread this last year and i've been doing just fine ... don't try to flatter yourself.You can do that on your own BB.

You had a go at me last year when you called the company a dog.

Truthfully i don't need you on this BB ... i'm here to make money ... i don't need posters like you wasting my time.

Like i said kindly post on your own BB which you created ... or is it good enough for you anymore.

Take a deep breath and calm down, and bear in mind you cannot ban anyone, much as you may like to. You need some company on this thread or mostly you would be talking to yourself - so be grateful because you clearly have issues that need addressing.

Of course they will be re-rated at some point if they continue to raise profits without further dilution but they have clearly stated their intentions to acquire other businesses and who knows how they may finance them this time.

It also seems to me that you have a problem understand what you are reading, as I am not de-ramping just pointing out some of the large sales at certain prices that have been executed since the last RNS and the risks of being diluted once again, in view that all shareholders were not given the same option to take part last time money was required.

Funny you start being rude, and use the excuse of your fat fingers to be rude, because it seems you are frustrated by the facts put before you.

The facts are there are large sellers that come out of the woodwork when the share price bid hits around 1.85/1.9p.

You only show your lack of maturity zinc01. Grow up.

Furthermore you have no idea at what price I trade, and only a prat would assume that I would buy shares at 1.35p or above and when or at what price I sell.

These boards have no effect on the share price - the market does.

In April 2019 BOOM did a placing at 2.5p ... after the placing they had over 1.4 billion shares ... and in June 2019 they did a 100 to 1 share consolidation and were left with just over 14m shares.That's equivalent of them rising from 2.5p to 18p pre consolidation.

The shares went above £18 today valued at £280m ... yet sales to 31/12 were only £44m ... the company is trading at more 6 x sales ... BBSN is trading at less than 1 x sales .

We are dirt cheap compare to BOOM.

Do not believe in traders like ct also known as DH.

With over a Billion shares in issue its going to take much higher profits for small investors to see any big hike in the share price imo.

From the day the share price shot up on news, there has been heavy selling of large chunks around 1.75p - 1.9p - which suggests to me that major holders either know something that you do not zinc01 or do not agree with your numbers and point of view.

So I guess you would agree that such big sellers are likely to be some that picked up stock when the last dilution took place, and might be looking for the next lower entry point.

Over 1m already dumped this morning, how many more millions will it take to get it up and over 2p and towards the levels that is was before it was profitable?

BOOM up another 60p today £18.00 valued at £283m sales for 31/12/2021 only £44m
it's trading at more than 6 x sales.

BBSN is still trading at less than 1 x sales ... significantly undervalued.

There can't be many technology/media companies with market value of less £20m that can generate cash flow of £2.9m in 6 months ... just amazing.

The management have done a fantastic job to achieve that in H2 last year.Another strong year of growth is anticipated for the company ... that cash balance will be even larger come end of the year.

At the end of December the company had net cash of £4.7m ... which is increasing all the time.

Alphabet - Google and youtube owner, blows the doors off again.

"Google owner Alphabet defied the gloom surrounding the tech sector as its surging internet ad business helped it deliver better than expected results.

Shares rose nearly 9% in after-hours trading after Alphabet said revenues for the fourth quarter jumped by 32% year-on-year to $75.3bn and profits rose 36% to $20.6bn."

...If the 3rd biggest company in the world (market cap $2tn) can increase revenue & profit over 30% all based on digital advertising, tiny small caps like BBSN should be able to do much better.

The price stayed firm after that 500,000 sell at 8.27 ... and MM's upped the offer after a few buys.

All very positive ... sentiment has indeed changed ... another ahead of expectation on the outlook in April when they announce the results and 3p will be history ... it might even get there before results.

If and when they dilute PI's all over again then it may well slump again, as it did last time - and if I recall correctly you were saying the same thing, or much the same, were you not. :-)

Regardless of our views, I wish you well and respect your knowledge, and your postings are most interesting.

Same thing happens when companies consolidate, very small PI's get washed out normally.

I have also followed the company for longer than you have I expect, as I am fully aware of its full history and the various Boards that have had good tunneling experiences it seems to me, as a older small time lay investor of many years, some not at all successful but you learn from your mistakes most times.

To get to 3p it has to consolidate at or above 2p first ... inevitably we will get some sells when the bid hits 2p, once past this level it will not take much buying to get to 3p.

This will not be the case if some tip sheet does a BUY recommendation ... this will shoot past 3p.

Look whats happened to DBOX.

The shares are so undervalued even after todays rise they are still trading slightly below 1 x last years sales.

Other companies in the similar sector are trading at 5 or 6 x their sales.

Forget 1.35p that's history buy some shares ... this will go to past 2p very soon who knows Mr market might take it to 4p .. 5p .. 6p .. 7p + ......

The business is in a very fast growth sector ... the company will most likely issue another ahead of expectations TU this year again.
