29/11/2021 14:56 | LOL T101 - At least you can now buy this at or less than the last raise, as I expected you would, when others were saying otherwise. Unless they produce some wonderful numbers following the last purchase of Greenlight, investors might be facing more dilution I guess. Furthermore, you have no idea what shares/investments I have. LOL | clocktower
23/11/2021 03:34 | Just look at the share price earlier this year, when I was saying it was overvalued and where it is now, and then remind me of what you were saying around that time. If you do not describe a share that falls from over 1.8p to its current level, which has not made a taxable profit as anything other than a dog,how would you like it described? Maybe you would like to whitewash the failures and the succession of dilutive actions as a roaring success, a shooting star performance to increase small investors assets over many, many years. All jam tomorrow, and we know those that have enjoyed the jam in the past, what with share options, salary etc. Hopefully the Greens will succeed but until they prove themselves to be any better than those that came before them, how can anyone have confidence. How much longer do you give them to deliver for ordinary investors who were not even given the chance to take part in the fundraising? Frankly I do not give a fig about your views, as to date evidence supports my view, not to say they will fail but at this time they have not produced concrete evidence that the company will have taxable profits in the current trading period. | clocktower
22/11/2021 17:10 | clock ... it was a good and educational presentation - obviously you have other agendas ... from your recent posts you are not invested. clocktower 4 Nov '21 - 11:57 - 3719 of 3726 Even 3m what looks likes buys not moving this dog. clocktower 10 Nov '21 - 10:25 - 3723 of 3726 Can you trust them after the last dilution? Still it now hovers around the funding level, as I expected it to do but sooner, now the question is how much further will it sink? You have bought and sold your shares and you're calling this fantastic company a dog. You should be ashamed of yourself. Your opinion has NO value. | zico01

22/11/2021 13:26 | I disagree, I thought it was poorly presented - few of the charts could be read clearly and in general the presentation by the Green's was poor for a media business - they could do with a bit a training in front of camera imo. Nothing exciting from them or the business. | clocktower

11/11/2021 09:05 | Buyer in the market and it is not me! Turnover is not profit as some would seem to suggest. | clocktower
10/11/2021 21:33 | With the enlarged groups revenue in excess of £30m and a market cap of £14.5m @ 1.35p ... not much scope to fall further ... plenty of upside for the shares. It should start to rerate fairly soonish. | zico01
10/11/2021 20:27 | Clocktower. You are correct that trust is a big issue after the last dilution. | jane deer
10/11/2021 17:47 | Have started to add to my holdings. At 1.39p it is pretty close to the placing price. The results for year ending December will have 4 1/2 months trading of Greenlight. The acquisition was significantly earning accretive for the current year.I'm expecting a very positive Trading Update for the current year. Bought 400,000 today but will buy more when funds are available. | zico01

10/11/2021 09:11 | The presentation was not the most concise, particularly on what they plan to do with Greenlight. I found it strange that only 3 months after such a large acquisition, there was so little to say about what would change. The Greens said that integration was complete and BB’s HQ moved into Greenlight’s KingsX HQ. Nevertheless, I away with the clear impression that more acquisitions are to be expected - as BB looks to expand. Lets hope that if this means more equity dilution, retail shareholders are ignored as in the last round. | jane deer

03/11/2021 13:22 | Well yump, they still seem to be able to unload a wack of stock above the 1.35p they raised at but for how much longer is another matter. | clocktower
27/10/2021 16:04 | Keep an eye on this now and then. Seems to follow the old pattern that many do, of almost getting to a point where the business model is proven (ie. clean profits), only to muddy the accounts etc. again with an acquisition. I thought the idea of acquisitions was to add another successful business, to an existing successful business, but I guess I'm a bit old-fashioned. You can actually see loads of these companies all over AIM, where the initial PR and launch causes a spike and then gradually the story gets old and boring and the real business gets evaluated - which is hardly ever good for the share price. | yump |
