27/10/2021 12:39 | Why would they consolidate? Only really necessary once they get above 10 billion shares look at icon, that got to 60 billion. Consolidation is never good IMO. | terminator101
27/10/2021 10:42 | Tuesday 9 November another presentation at 18.55 - a Shares Investor Webinar event. Sign up with Shares Magazine. | clocktower
20/10/2021 17:07 | Yet more paper - how long before they consolidate this confetti? | clocktower
15/10/2021 09:38 | BBSN pitched by John Marriott in the PI pitch to Fund Managers: Sell it to the City see here at 2m13s Podcast: We'd love your vote on the company and the pitch: Vote for the company Vote for the pitch | tomps2
08/10/2021 09:45 | Yes heading down from around 1.8p - might have been slow but the result is the same. Once there still more slack in the sails towards 0.0075 again maybe. Pi's got ripped at the placing but lucky not to have been offered the paper but then if they had I guess they would have cashed in as quickly as possible and the share price would already be lower than the placing price imo. DYOR | clocktower
29/9/2021 21:35 | "Heading to the placing price" Seems you have called it completely wrong again clocktower as this is trading sideways. Not having much luck mate huh. | terminator101
26/9/2021 21:35 | Brave Bison welcomes Buster Dover as new COO www.bizcommunity.com Brave Bison has appointed Buster Dover as the group's COO. Dover, who was previously the MD of Zinc Network and MullenLowe, has worked in the creative industry since the late 1990s. His career has spanned advertising, digital media and social change agencies, from small independents to large networking groups. Hannah Kimuyu was also promoted to managing director of Greenlight Digital. Formerly director of paid media, data and analytics, Kimuyu will be responsible for performance channels including paid media and SEO as part of the new offering, using her knowledge of the Greenlight business and digital space to unlock new opportunities for current and future clients. Her appointment also heralds a new, more integrated way of working with existing clients. For the first time in the company's history, paid and earned media will be overseen by the same executives. | solardave
20/9/2021 11:54 | Terminator101 - why should it be hard to tell if I am in or out, I think I make the position pretty clear as you say. So whats the problem? Heading towards the placing price as expected and lower before very long imo, as there will be one off costs to take into account when it comes to cutting office costs, cutting heads in areas such as HR and accounting etc etc. Takeovers do not always produce the expected results as the culture changes and some might like the new management. slicethepie - How can they be trusted by Pi's when they ignore them and not do as you have suggested. Those that took the generous offer BBSN made to take that business over might well be clapping their hands now, and some of those that took the shares at 1.35p might have been taking early profits and slowly unloading stock since then. Where are those that were pumping this when it was clear to see it was well over valued, as it still is imo. DYOR Will we ever see real profits? | clocktower
03/9/2021 16:04 | Must be placing shares. Unusual to see share price rise although it was over subscribed. Looking forward to next trading statement. | 2seabass
03/9/2021 12:26 | Sizeable holding there. I've just now bought back in again (!) ....trade not yet showing. f | fillipe
02/9/2021 20:15 | Seems you are working overtime here Mr flipflop now that you have sold out of this overvalued dog of a share. Flip flop flip flop, not exactly hard to tell when you are in and when you are out. | terminator101
01/9/2021 21:39 | BB have done a lot of funding over a long period of time with PI's left with nothing to show for it, unless like myself they have traded in and out and been lucky to pick reasonable times to do so, maybe could have done better but its very hard to hit the lows and highs spot on. So I have to just sit around and wait until I think it has hit or near a low before taking a rewarding (hopefully) stake once again. Target sub 1p again. No good being in the kitchen when the place is on fire. So,until the oxygen is snuffed out, the fire will rage. :-) | clocktower
01/9/2021 19:47 | Please excuse the spelling but I think you will get the sentiment. At this very early stage of a company's existence s-t trading is not really very easy. They either have a structure and idea that can flourish or not. Fund raising will usually be necessary in early stage companies. If you cannot take the heat get away from the fire. | srichardson8
01/9/2021 19:35 | All that amatters is whether the company is successful or not. At this stage puerile mathematics is irrleevatnt. | srichardson8
01/9/2021 16:06 | Thanks for the link sharetips - but then I expect this is part of your job. However turning to the tip - I think they have forgotten to take into account that there are going to be a lot of rationalisation costs - I would suggest there will be a costly cull of staff in the finance dept for a start. Office consolidation: I would expect they would also be looking to cut long term overhead costs but at a short term cost. I suspect that the tipsters might have a hand in trying to sell a lot of stock that was purchased at 1.35p and take a swift profit in the knowledge that there will be very heavy costs associated with making two go into one, let alone any future dilutive takeovers that will need funding. My guess is that they will go back to PI'S to try to get some funds off of them at another huge discount but before they do that I suspect they will look at a share consolidation, so it looks a little more attractive. With over one billion shares now in issue a 50-1 might look attractive and then raise funds at a 25% discount maybe. Beware!! | clocktower
01/9/2021 15:30 | see article in cityconfidential today www.cityconfidential | sharetips
01/9/2021 09:45 | So admission day today for all those new shares - I expect the share price will soon sink to or below the issue price. So yesterdays buyers will I expect soon be taking a hit, along with a lot of others that got suckered into this at above 1.4p when it was clear there would be dilution to be able to takeover another business. | clocktower
20/8/2021 09:00 | Their social media posts on the acquisition are pretty good (as one would hope!), they are billing it as increasing from 50 to 200 staff. Nice clear transformation message to their customers. | jim digriz
17/8/2021 12:50 | MM slowly walking the dog back down towards the funding price it seems to me. The market is likely to be awash with stock from those that were suckered in to jam tomorrow promises imo. BEWARE! DYOR | clocktower
16/8/2021 08:18 | 100% agree, it is much simpler and cheaper than it used to be to allow pi to participate in these offerings so there is no excuse. | slicethepie
15/8/2021 18:55 | The failure to offer an opportunity for private investors to participate in the fund raise at 1.35p is very offputting, particularly as directors (irrespective if they were shareholders or not) were allowed to participate. Oliver Green has made no secret of his ambition to use Brave Bison as an acquisition vehicle. Therefore, it seems reasonable to expect further dilution in future. If similar detrimental treatment of private shareholders will also take place in future, then it makes it difficult for private investors to justify holding the shares. | jane deer
13/8/2021 18:33 | The higher it rises the faster it will fall when all those new shares are issued at 1.35p imo DYOR BEWARE! | clocktower
13/8/2021 14:39 | Ticking back up nicely from the lows brought about from the two daft sales right on the 8.00hrs open. Full ask of 1.90p currently being paid. f | fillipe |
