BBSN being well taken.....+ 20%, as I type and only being held back from higher by the occasional large dumper. That latter will eventually dry up.

With Woodford out, selling pressure gone.

And Tangent having bought so much are more likely to be long term holders. So 19% of the equity now sticky.

Until such time as there is another RNS about the stake, we can only guess and assume - for instance the MM could have done a deal weeks ago to take them, and have been selling them ever since, which might have cleared the overhang. Result would be no RNS about the same stake.

Why would notice of this stake come just before the AGM? Pure chance one might suggest.

From the statement:

"My aim is to make positive changes which will strengthen our business - then focus and grow"

Does that statement mean it has been shrinking or at best stable but having set out a few ideas, they are now living in hope that it will start to grow much further down the road?

So can one also assume also there are going to be an increase in costs due to expanding the APAC presence.
