I think we will see BBSN return to over 20p this year on a good second half. Profits make a big difference.

If BBSN was a US company they would already be mcap $200m and taken over for twice that, which is what I think will happen as the sector consolidates.

BBSN surely worth over £30m after the good results in March, not to mention the possibility of a takeover as the sector continues to consolidate.

She had about 21m. Sold 5m which took her under 3% so took her below the disclosable interest. The remainder was sold on Monday

Jungmana - i thought clare sold the lot (5 million) on 24 April 2019, so had no disclosable interest as referred to in the rns on 24/4/19 ? Am i missing something?

The selling over last 2 months was not just the ex CEO's holding. She sold 5m in March and the remainder 16m on Monday. Could Woodford be seller and main reason for the drop from 3p to 1.45p in 2 months?Anyway we should be back over 2p this week imo

well if woodford is to liquidate as mentioned by clocktower, he'll need to find a home for his significant holding here or else there will be a dampening impact on the share price...be interesting to see how this unfolds...Take a look at holdings RNS at PURP released today where woodfords have been selling down by way of example.

It is my opinion that after the results in March and if the CEO had not left and sold her holdings in last 2 months this would have been at 10p by now.Anyone seen a tech company on AIM sitting at less than half the revenues generated annually ? That is almost profitable? Debt free and a good cash pile in hand?
