BRANDSHIELD?????.[W]hat is not clear is whether NTT will also create a new Security Operations Centre in London 1. It has the space to do so, and with the UK leaving the EU in just a few weeks, a UK SOC would give certainty to customers buying into the Managed Security Services NTT offers. hTTps://www.enterprisetimes.co.uk/2020/12/17/ntt-ltd-triples-uk-data-centre-capacity/

When i read 'one of the worlds most powerful social commerce platforms on a B2B and B2C level' i think of WECHAT and that means TENCENT

The partnership is focussed on the co-development of a global product, merchant and user verification proposition for social commerce.  This will protect users from fraudulent online merchants, counterfeit product and fake user accounts and will also protect brands from counterfeiting and trademark infringement. WeShop intends to integrate the verification proposition into its B2C and B2B offering across over 100m products in the UK alone within various marketplaces, further enhancing its credentials as one of the world's most powerful social commerce platforms. . hTTps://www.directorstalkinterviews.com/tsis-weshop-and-brandshield-announce-exclusive-global-partnership/412792118

Look, I get that being 'right' about Brandshield's reversing into TSI (which, I'm sorry, was not a Derby-winner-level prediction, but whatever), was some kind of major event in your life, so you've got some kind of creepy allegiance to what you see as your next great insight, as if Brandshield can't help but see the genius of combining with a non-entity like Weshop (6 months after completing a major deal, no less!) because of, you know, tencent. So this is the last word I will write on this ridiculous subject, an amendment to my previous statement, and you can babble on about it all you like going forward: Weshop may turn out to be a diamond in the rough, instead of the lump of coal it now appears, but it will do so independently of any direct effort by Brandshield.

argh. Not going to happen. More likely UK rejoins the EU in the next few years.

Weshop may well turn out to be some kind of diamond in the rough, instead of what it appears like now, which is a lump of coal. However what you need to get through your coconut is that, at least for the next several years, that value is not going to be realised through any kind of meaningful investment from Brandshield, nor should it be.

WESHOP are presently valued at $25M.A fraction of what it will be worth.Even Mr Cade is a Weshop shareholder and he knows a thing or two about BNR history.Follow the money

Interesting discussion. I believe if BradShield had done a stand alone IPO the shares would be trading at twice today’s price. The group of other investments included is just a distraction and serves to put institutions off the shares. Also we have inherited a large number of disaffected shareholders who were interested in one of the other assets. I have no idea what WeShop etc are worth but they are currently valued at less than nothing. It is my belief that BrandShield will be a phenomenal success and eventually achieve a huge valuation but for now the shareholder base needs to be rebased and the other assets need to be sold off. All of this will happen; in time. Meanwhile this is an opportunity to acquire stock in a great company at a huge discount to fair value imho

Your doing your best but it doesnt wash with me no matter how hard you try. I went through all this nonsense when i said Brandshield would RTO and they did. The shareprice was 100% controlled for the RTO price. What is it you dont want to happen?.Brandshield shareprice rise too fast? Thats why Spreadex are here imo to take care of shareprice movement.Brandshield i have no doubt would be a very successful stand alone company but put them together with Weship then its BOOM!!!!!!!

Where this all goes from merely an exercise in me getting out my ya-yas from punching down on a sometime conspiracy theorist (with, I concede, posts that are too wordy), to something a bit more relevant, is not aiden's nonsense ideas about any tie-ups with Weshop in the near-term - that ship has sailed and we are in for all Brandshield, all the time for the next year at least - but what then happens the next fundraising round for Weshop. There is certainly no guarantee that the 'new' Brandshield management will even bother to stand its ground if the core Brandshield service continues its rapid take-up in the market, and may instead write down the value further and then look to exit their stake through a sale.

Sure I saw it kaos, and you're right that focusing on the existing business is both logical as well as what management are signalling they're doing. I hope you realise my previous post was a direct response to aiden's latest and not you, however.
