JW.Good to see directors with skin in the game incl CEO and CTO and moved on quickly without mentioning New Enterprise ltd.9 reasons to buy but please dont buy just now as it will fall back because a 'SELLER' is out there :).Who wants in lower?

THE SELLER?.Dont think its convertible loan notes.Placing and investment.US$1,000,000 in BrandShield in which TSI currently has an 11.34% shareholding. The Company invested US$300,000 into BrandShield on 29 March 2019 and US$500,000 on 5 November 2019 via a Convertible Loan dated 29 March 2019 ("Closing Date"). The Convertible Loan will convert into equity on the Maturity Date, being the second anniversary of the Closing Date unless an accelerated conversion event occurs on an earlier date ("Accelerated Conversion Event"). The Convertible Loan has a 2.5% coupon.  An Accelerated Conversion Event, shall include, inter alia, an IPO or sale of BrandShield or BrandShield undertaking a qualified fundraising round. .More likely to be spreadex shorting this down if price falls.Weshop sounds like a gimme

Incidentally, John Waite was a BBC4 presenter whereas Justin Waite is the podcaster and generally over-excitable individual referred to with the moniker "JW".

Terry Waite and John McCarthy were both hostages, so I suppose you could make them as one with the name "John Waite" but I don't know what you'd be alluding to there.

I was accumulating this quietly so am disappointed JW has announced it to his 'followers' on Friday. I wanted to see how the last 6 months trading went before increasing further. At least I was 60% loaded, guess I'll have to wait now.

He obviously works for the establishment and the usual AIM mafia are never far away.But what we have in our favour here is that Brandshield are Israeli .Mafia not known for going after the Israelis if you know what i mean.This is a unicorn in the making and we will just have to put up with Zak Mir and Justin Waite until we get the deal with Weshop over the line

Aidenabettin,Bidstack is just one of many over the last couple of years there was C4XD discovery,united oil&gas,Bezant resources,Harvest minerals,Versarien,there are others as well,but Bidstack without a doubt was his finest hour,be very wary people.

JW 5 reasons to buy Bidstack.Then the Bidstack shareprice crashed.Not to be trusted imo and i cant believe yoav is using him. Has to be a motive behind using JW.is it to boost the share price or drop it ?.With BIDS he pumped it to sell in collaboration with BIDS knowing the company was about to be completely restructured and grow from 4p and not 40p.I think we are lookingvat a merger/SPAC set up with Weshop but at what price?.If JW is here it may well be closer to 20p than 40p.Lets see what he has to say today.#notrust
