I think there are still sellers from the placing and TSI, this should be twice this price imho. But it does allow us to buy at a huge discount to fair value. The news today is worth 20% on the price but barely moved, just another wave of sellers. They are wrong and will be kicking themselves soon.

FWIW I think the merger will happen too but I think that one of the companies will ultimately be spun out (with Brandshield tech having been integrated into Weshop) rather than them being a combined product. Will wait and see.

I appreciate that's your opinion. I'm not quite sold on it yet but happy to be proven wrong. Maybe I'm thinking too small.

The NTT deal is interesting and (from memory) was something bespoke that's being developed rather than applying the current product as per the recent pharma client. I need to read up on that again.

They are all over.They will takeover and control a countries e- commerce/social commerce. Everything goes back to China via Singapore and Brandshield will be providing the security.Add in the NTT DATA deal and multiple pharmaceuticals and Brandshield/ Weshop value will be in the $Billions.#imo

no one is impressed. myself - I thought such a tech is long integrated into their software. it is an old production tech. thought in unis decades ago - optical recognition including software

Hopefully but this is really only the AGM that should have taken place in september when we were suspended.Wouldn't do any harm for them to give a good update though.I think the going concern is a gimme :)

Trading update expected on Thursday..can only imagine it will be very strong. Hopefully, that will give BRSD a much bigger profile to investors. Very much under the radar.
