After the end of its financial year, your private limited company must prepare:

full (‘statutory217;) annual accounts
a Company Tax Return

You need your accounts and tax return to meet deadlines for filing with Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).

You can also use them to work out how much Corporation Tax to pay.

Sure but the key is you remains the beneficial owner of the shares, whether a nominee account or directly on the register.

depends if you were buying shares via electronic cheap broker f.e. - in which case one is not entered as a shareholder. it is a nominee account.....

one has to put in huge effort to get entered into the register - to transform ... good luck dealing with ebrokers doing that

To prove my point. William Currie were and remain large shareholders, pre and post going private. Brandshield remains one of their (private) investments.

Existing shareholders when the company was listed are on the register regardless when it was delisted and went private. Your shareholding ownership doesn’t change whether listed or not. It changes as a percentage if they raise more capital as you allude to. I fully expect the company to either resist or be sold, as there is no other way for shareholders, institutional or retail to cash out.

they were grovwng very fast,,, if one was tracking their hire haste. recommend to follow which posts they are filling

rogen .... i wanted the news.... so i contacted different company agents ... to be refused ... it turns out i was not on the books ... but the broker (his fiduciar) was ....

who does not care and is not giving any info he receives on to me

now i am battling (strange but real) to be recorded as an owner ....

just to grasp this simple situation the broker took 2 week s to answer me ... and agreeing to try to re record the ownership title...

i am thinking about the book ... the great taking .....

i bumped against the carefully built digal record system ... where you are entiteld, but in reality own nothing...

then there is a problem of rules ... even if one owns clearly shares ... without many ownership parameters ... like different identification numbers etc ... one is not allowed to exercize ownership....

f.e. .... i could not write to brsd because my email ended with google or yahoo. they simply were refusing me just for that reason.... so i could be an owner but having yahoo or google mail i can go f myself
