If the suspension is ever lifted I will be shocked. There will be no going concern statement as it is not a going concern. It is... well we know what it is.

It is 6 months from the suspension date the shares get cancelled. The company could request more time. After the last RNS I do expect the results will be issued for that is a legal requirement. As for the suspension ever being lifted I doubt it.

I don't think anyone could possibly have seen this coming.

P.S. I am still actually shocked they didnt try some spin on Blockchain/Crypto payments at the end of 2017 or start of 2018 just to raise some more money to keep the merry go round spinning that bit longer. Bet they wish they had actually, was probably too late to get it done by the time of the "planned" wind down.

It's an absolute disgrace. I think if not resolved in 90 days after suspension they get delisted and have to re list which would be the end of BOX imho

The whole bunch of them are not interested. If they were they would have been aware of the issues throughout the audit process and rectified it on route. Appalling treatment of share holders. I hope you are all pleased with your remuneration for the past 5 years.

I find it staggering that the AIM regulators are not taking a close look at what's going on here. Maybe the SFO should take a look as well. The company has been milked if share holders cash for years by the BOD. Greed. Nothing more really.
