smcl,

This is going nowhere without some positive news. The interim report and the company update both contained positive comments, especially those relating to very large transactions, but the market remains sceptical. The company has a record of telling investors very little, possibly because they haven't had much of a positive nature to say recently. Most investors would expect them to put out an announcement if they complete any large transactions, as this would be very positive news basd on their comments in the interim report. The absence of news is going to be taken as the absence of progress (whether true or not), so nothing is going to happen until progress is indicated.

This is what iam interested in,if as stated this does come to fruition then things might look a bit more rosey. However as we are continually being kept in the dark, your guess is as good as mine as to where we are going. Not having a CEO is to me a bit of a concern, iwould feel more confident with someone steering the ship.

Boxhill's payments division has a very healthy sale pipeline with a number of significant transactions in progress which are expected to close in the coming few weeks which will yield revenues well in excess of the entire business H1 revenues.

(Apologies for off topic also)

Hi jeffian,

I gave up on the biotech in question to save myself from all the aggravation, though there's plenty to be had here. It seems that AIM and aggravation go together.

I hope life is treating you well. Best wishes... M

Hi mostyn,

Just caught sight of your name here. Are you still holding 'a certain biotech' or did you give up there?

I wish you all the best, anyway.

Some decent buying today. By the look of the prices paid and the trade times it looked to be all buys on LSE. Maybe a few are pricing in some near term success on the high value transactions.

Have to wait and see how big these transactions are, all we know is one is 9 figues so a min 100,000,000 euros which makes box 500k plus processing fee. So that one transaction beats all H1 revs... we are told there are several processing now.
Will re-evaluate once i see the next update.

Your welcome. Tough times for holders atm. I also asked about the large transactions however they could not comment as sensitive info. Suggestion is the market will be informed so i hope to see an rns when they are processed.

Just need this seller out and fyi its not insider or emex holders as i asked that 2 weeks ago.

Ianb5004,

Thanks for sharing that. Presumably when their receivables goes down we will see a similar fall in trade payables which also looks too high. This would go a very long way to reassure investors.

2. What is the support systems required by the HVTS? And why so expensive.

A- We have built a method of moving large transactions without the money being added unnecessarily to the bank's balance sheet (or can pass through a bank that does not have the capital adequacy) which has greater levels of protection for the sender and recipient, using SEPA and SWIFT depending on the locations of the parties. Its pretty complex - again Allenby have seen all the numbers and have taken a close interest because of the related party element.. PD has helped reduce the cost to the company here.

I got the ok to share these answers publicly before posting here. Hope it helps genuine holders making decisions going forward.

If they come through with the big transactions and they add considerably to revenues (see last 2 rns,s) then easy money to be made form this level. Mcap now £1.6m

I sent some questions to Boxhill a couple of days ago and they have replied to all....

Here is one of them

1. Why and how did the receivables from P.D.UK increase from £1.7m to almost £3m in 6 months?

A - This is agreed with Allenby and KPMG, essentially there is security deposit and other money held by banks to cover the end of the risk window on certain transactions that's due back to Phillite and then into Box.

We were in a similar position about 2 years ago when things looked grim. At that time they said they were going to deliver and they did. The share price went from around 0.10p to the mid 0.40's. This time they have implied they will deliver by making the comment about high value transactions stating they will be greater than the entire revenue of H1 if/when they happen. Emexpay was also stated to be growing at 95% per month in recent months. This implies that H2 revenue should probably be greater than £1.2 million at a minimum, so would be profitable for H2. All depends on delivery, in particular the high value transactions.

At the current rate though, will I be kicking myself for not buying at 0.05p in a few weeks time if things don't change and the big seller continues.

Phil jackson runs boxhill technology end off he also owns Phillite...
repeatedly we hear Phillite makes no fees or revenue acting as a payment platform for box.
The recievables owed is a mystery to all except insiders.
Guess we wait and see if these 9 figure trasactions go through as reported in rns. If they do this is a clear multi bagger from here.
Will we be kicking ourselves for not buying at .08 in a few weeks? Time will tell.

Very vague rns,s of late so its left to guess work !

The company expect high value transactions in the "coming weeks" so it shouldn't be too long before we find out. I would expect them to want to publicise good news with the share price at/near the all time low.

IF they do generate well in excess of the turnover for the whole of H1, then we should get a very good H2 and the shares will look very cheap. IF........

Nobody will be sending 10,000,000 Euros through these clowns. Ask yourself these two questions:

1) Who?
2) Why?

P Jackson does like spending fairly vast sums on "software" which never actually sees the light of day. Ask him about Intabet.

Although before this happens the BOX shareprice could spike to anything because it is after all just supply and demand, I would be very very suprised if three years from now the shares have any value what so ever.

Maybe see you in 2020 to eat humble pie. But I do not think so.
