31/7/2018 00:13 | "This figure includes the bargain purchase of GBP243,000 for Timegrand Limited. This is comprised of the initial consideration of GBP1,005,000, recognition of intangible assets of GBP1,504,000 and a deferred tax liability of GBP256,000." Bargain is the word they use! Which is subjective at best. If I have read that correctly they paid just over a million pounds for one and a half million of "intangibles" (so essentially nothing) and also managed to pick up quater of a million tax liability? And this is a bargain?!?! | adh0

24/7/2018 13:31 | Knowing how Box came about and the people associated with the former, and that occasionally they still pop up from time to time this is the sort of Co. bargepolls were made for not to touch. It doesnt take much research before court room dramas are unearthed or failed companies etc. GLA | warrenfingerfood

13/7/2018 12:39 | Issuing 100,000,000 new shares to MDC I think. Is this the same MDC run by P Jackson? The man who owes (or who has a company which is owes) several million £s to BOX? This is an absolute nonsense. There is nothing there. Literally nothing. It is just words and smoke and mirrors. I mentioned before how a layman would be forgiven for thinking that a company such as this, involved in a mixture of payment processing, and gambling, and not obviously much else, would a front for money laundering. But KPMG are on board so obviously thats not possible. Good luck to all involved. Im genuinely amazed they havnt announced some kind of switch to Crypto Currencies. It could be equally as vacuous as the other RNS they release but the share price would 10 bag over night. | adh0

13/7/2018 08:08 | Agree reads very positive, as BoD have take a very bold business decision. With the Box subsidiary getting 50% of the net revenue from the non coforming customers so looks a very smart move. | zen12
12/7/2018 21:58 | there is nothing left at all, are there any REAL assets left at all, how long can this last. | soft t
12/7/2018 20:53 | Hi Johnyee7- pretty good analysis of the situation and it is much appreciated. I hope it works out as the strategy is intended. But then what strategy ever survives first contact with reality. All in all a good business decision and I remain positive. But might be worth further company contact. I hold a fair few so will be looking into matter. Anyway many thanks - your post is professional and thought provoking. Thanks again. sm | smcl
12/7/2018 18:00 | Here goes my understanding, Box is selling Emex to MDC including non conforming customers for £2 million. Box will use it's subsidiary Market access for the conforming customers and refer any new non conforming customers to Emex now owned by MDC. Here's what I think is the good bit if I've got it right, a sinking fund will be set up where the revenue from Emex non conforming customers now and in the future referred by Market Access,a Box subsidiary will be transferred to Box on a monthly basis. they're just getting rid of non conforming customers to MDC and will be transferring non conforming customers revenue on a monthly basis to repay the loan.Market Access the Box Subsidiary will have the conforming customers Also when the loan note is repayed by MDC, Market Access the Box subsidiary will get 50% of the net revenue from the non coforming customers now and refered to Emex by Market Access so looks really good to me. PLEASE POINT OUT ANY MISTAKES IN MY THINKING. | johnyee 7
