loan note means a company borrow funds from another CO and in return he gets
issued shares in the CO TO THE AMOUNT THAT THE CO BORROW BY WAY OF A SHARE CONVERSION OR CASH RETURN....
with interest .....CLN LOAN NOTE....

if they sell some of there SUB... AND FARM OUT SOME....

No great stampede for the door,in fact if you way up the buys V sells over the past 2 days it is about even steven.Thats the bad news out of the way,not going to say there might be any good news yet,but will stick with these for a while longer to see what transpires.
