just glanced athe accounts, anybody understand under "funding and working capital"amount due fromPhillite D UK £1,767,536 if not received in a timely manner could impact on the group to grow, anybody know what that is?

Just a question, you can google the answer if you are not sure... Who was auditing Rolls Royce whilst they were corruptly bribing with cash, luxury cars, etc etc middle men in Indonesia, China, Russia, Thailand, India, and Nigeria? Who is currently under investigation by the FRC for their part in this?

Which does not add to my original statement at all and proves nothing. I know that. But if you think, "oh things are definitely rosey and squeaky clean here, after all they must be because we have KPMG on board" then you are deluded.

I very rarely make BB comments these days but tend to just quietly get on and have a small punt here and there. But every so often I come across something where it is so so hard to bite my tongue.

adh0 - "not saying it is just a front for money laundering"??? What sort of comment is that? So you are suggesting it is a front for ML plus something more?

Bearing in mind that KPMG have just done the audit - and in the first year as auditor they would no doubt have looked very closely at all the operations - are they complicit in the ML activities as well??

Looking at the numbers, in a nutshell the company is generating more cash (evidenced by cash balance rising by £500k) and the overall working capital position improving by c. £1.5m. This improvement in the net asset position equates to c. 64% of the company's market cap and is one of my more important parameters for the companies that I follow. seems to me that the business has already begun an upward trend and would expect further improvement over time.

So much more in the A2584728 camp than that of BBill and adh0.

Im not saying it is just a front for money laundering, but if I was going to operate a front for money laundering, two bit gambling operation and even more two bit payment processing "services" would not be a million miles away from where I would start.

In the outlook statement, they say that they are still looking for a new chief executive. This has been going on for so long that it is now a serious red flag.

The final results make for pretty dismal reading. Even after allowing for the previous period being 18 months, revenue is well down. I thought this was supposed to be a growth company. Globally, payment processing revenue is growing strongly, yet their payment processing revenue is actually falling.

Doubt it (imvho)...reported increaesd revenues and had an operating profit at the last results issued...its just a very unexciting share. Next trading update due end of July/beginning Aug i reckon.

My experience of the stock market is that good news gets communicated very quickly but bad news is very slow to be distributed.
