Quietly watching this one for a while - looks pretty good, Thanks Ian B and others for the insights and interpretations.
TW seems to have it in for the company though - which will always provide some volatility (which of course provides additional buying opportunities for bulls). His latest pronouncement (following on from the previous inaccurate claim that the company is about to be wound up) is that the company is going to have "another" share placing to raise cash...... But I cannot see that there has been a cash raise in the last few years or come to that any indication that the company needs cash (it is profitable and unlike a manufacturing company, does not need increased working capital to support increased sales).
Can anyone tell me when the last cash raise was?

The shareprophets piece wasn't particularly clever, as any real follower of Boxhill will know that Q2 (May, June, July) is always weaker than Q1 so one part of the criticism falls down. At this stage there is no reason to believe that cash is a problem, although I do agree that it's a useful metric to produce.

It's interesting that the price is falling after a good trading update. This seems fortuitous for any new CEO whose package is almost certain to include a large slug of options.

Always a bit of selling on box following update as traders whoo bought to trade the run up to an update exit. However expect another rns in days re ceo.
Should see uplift next few days. Figures justifiy £6.5m mcap currently £4.5m
£6.5 takes no account of Large growth potential

Summary of update

1st half sales +13%
Gross profit H1 £828,000
Operating Profit £301,600
Pverheads up £70k due to staff increases but the emex savings of £500k pa swallow this easily.
Gross margins up - improved by emex
Emex opens up new ops in credit card business.

Casino cash updates still to come.
Ceo appointemnt still to come

All looks strong and ready for more growth

At the AGM (Paulie on lse)

One of the pi's there asked if Freepaymaster was like PayPal. Phil Jackson replied "It's PayPal +"

If you go onto the Freepaymaster website and have a little browse, you will see in fact, it's more like Ebay/PayPal was having an affair with your Bank and produced a lovechild called Freepaymaster!

I can't remember if I've posted before that I opened a Freepaymaster personal account; I completed the online application and received an automated email requesting photo ID and a utility bill to prove address. I sent the documents which I already had stored on my laptop and went to sleep. At that point, I pretty much didn't expect to hear anything for at least a few days. To my surprise, the very next morning I received an email confirming account opening followed by another email giving me 3 separate account numbers (EUR-USD-GBP) together with IBAN & SWIFT numbers.

I asked about CFS-Zipp at the AGM and whether BOX had any plans to seek full FCA approval. PJ is a very clever bloke and tries to give an indepth explanation to every question that is put to him. My understanding from what he said is that, Freepaymaster will be seeking full FCA approval in the very near future.

Let's look at the current share price (0.25) and what that buys you;

Emex - Payment Gateway for Boxhill cutting out the middle man for payment processing. Boxhill previously paid Emex c £500k for this service.

Freepaymaster - Banking, P2P payments, Ebay like Marketplace Etc Etc

Casino Cash - A unique product that has the potential of being installed in Casinos and Clubs in London and many other major city around the world. The software provided by Emex now makes the roll-out of this possible.

Weather Lottery - Lottery operators licence, setting up and managing lottery systems for the past 14+ years. The business has been generating steady revenue and is now strengthened by the software provided by Emex.

Nineteen Twelve Holdings Ltd - JV Company established in 2015 to operate and finance the expansion of the site and is working with Nottingham City Council to open 5 and 7-a-side pitches at the Harvey Hadden Sports Village in Billborough, Nottingham.

How many other AIM companies can you think of that have so much going on, has been doubling revenues quarter on quarter??

Phil Jackson and Lord Razzall both stated at AGM that company update was coming SOON, and that talks had already taken place with potential CEO's and that this process was reliable upon the voting in of the new directors share option incentives.
Further to this, PJ specifically stated that the chosen CEO will have to be a heavyweight in the banking/ecommerce sector.

In my opinion, expect to get news about new CEO and a trading update in the next week or so.

Spoke to a freind who attended the agm and asked questions.

Expect a new ceo appointment imminently, there is already an individual identified and the contract was waiting on the passing of share options at the AGM - which was passed.

The Directors were also asked when can we expect a trading update both PJ and Chairman said 'SOON" at the same time. Q2 concluded end of July so a joint trading update /ceo appointment rns is likely anytime now.

Q1 result were good and they were largely based on the old inferior platforms. I have communicated with PJ throughout the malicious attempt by eupay to poison the company (using tw as a pawn and a malicious petition that was thrown out) He informed me business was not affected through out this short period despite pi investors panicking.

Box is in a far far stronger position for growth now with fully licenced platforms Freee paymaster and emex. Plus the addition of clickatell and swift/bic codes. All allows accdss to more and more clients.

At the AQM questions were also asked about Casino Cash machines as there has been no progress updates for a while. The reply was that casino cash is very much alive and will be coming. Sucessful trials at large London casinos etc. Interest from overseas. It was also mentioned they are not just for casinos and can be installed at Gentlemans clubs.. Spearmint Rhino was named as an example.

Potential here is clear to see.
