Why the fall in the first place,you could say something negative had been leaked,however if either of the two options are correct,we are not a party to it.Lets wait and see what happens.

I am not sure why they are a listed company? Not in the current form anyway. It would be better to have a management buy out of the five a side pitches, same for the lottery division, just focus on the payments side and actually employ a CEO to lead that?I have read the RNS many times and I still do not really understand what they are actually buying with the new shares. In practice why do they need to do this? I don't think they will be able to if the shares are under 0.1p anyway.The VAT issue is also "there" whether you like it or not. BOX are talking a good game about it not being an issue but would you expect them to do otherwise?I am watching out of curiosity, I won't be investing here, but I expect to see 50% swings now and then so good luck to the traders.

Without a recapitalisation of the shares I just don't see how they can issue new shares. I would be very cautious here for it is not out of the realms for the stock to be suspended pending a restructure and clarification of its financial position.

Nearly right back where we started from,could burst into song but performance doesnt warrant it.Cant believe we have sunk this far,so all this talk of obtaining new customers on a regular basis and strengthening their position blah blah.7mill shares sold in the space of 10 minutes,not expecting good news.

You do need to be extremely careful here. The last update stated they intend to purchase Timegrand with with 500 million new shares. The current share price at 0.11p is perilously close to the ORD value of 0.10p.

I don't think it was that bad, timing is always an issue with AIM stocks, I added a few this morning for pennies, it won't go bust

Yes, its all very disappointing. With BOX there's always something negative that happens...they are very accident prone but i'll continue to hold as been in so long that i just can't bring myself to sell up just yet!

The update is very bad news indeed. There is also another article on Shareprophets this morning which sums it up pretty well. This used to be one of my biggest holdings. I dumped every share on the day it returned from suspension and I'm glad I did.
