26/9/2023 08:15 | I completely agree, looks like they are bleeding them dry before any approval. Don't like it one bit. Expect a cheap sale or this will be bought out of bankruptcy. Last time I invest in Africa. | gark
26/9/2023 07:51 | This story looks very fishy. Almost like the delay in approval of the Perenco / New Age stake purchase is deliberate so as to ensure a fire sale of bowleven. One thing is sure: Africa is not a continent for business | dealy
31/8/2023 11:00 | Agreed but Gabon and Niger coups don't add to stability in region. Always something with this one so I hope doesn't impact. | gark
31/8/2023 08:28 | Though Gabon borders Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea, it is not direct relevance to any Bowleven projects or developent options? | ham74
30/8/2023 17:21 | Thanks, see Gabon has just had a coup with president under house arrest. | gark
29/8/2023 20:47 | Go to 15th August press release gark: | warbaby43
29/8/2023 14:21 | Can't open the link | gark
29/8/2023 14:02 | IF the JVP transaction ever does complete, an interesting transaction just next door to Cameroon: | warbaby43
25/8/2023 10:25 | Paris-based independent Perenco has signed a production-sharing contract (PSC) for the offshore Rio del Rey Basin and says it expects progress on approval of its acquisition of New Age's interest in the Etinde gas field project.A month ago and this languishes. Surely there will be news soon? | gark
01/8/2023 18:45 | Lukoil doesn't have sanctions against them | fraserdean
28/7/2023 12:32 | You quickly find out, `Genuine from Fraud` in share trading. Be that as it may, BLVN, Fundamentals remain the same, the true Lukoil position as stated previous. Lukoil is as influential as this BB. Nothing more than a tree shake, MM`s know the Volume will increase Dramatically following the decisive RNS. Therefore look for weak holders. After tipping, BLVN on a few sites, THIS. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Riskyinvestor28 Jul '23 - 10:17 - 861 of 866 0 0 0 CHESTY1 Cheers for saving me money on BLVN xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx May I leave that right there. | steveberyl
28/7/2023 12:19 | Likely the PND forum. | glavey
28/7/2023 11:52 | Which forum was that then? | ham74
28/7/2023 11:27 | CHESTY1 My buddy on the forums told me to trade it otherwise I was long term but Lukoil was always in my mind | riskyinvestor
28/7/2023 11:26 | Lukoil did not exercise their pre-emption rights last year when Perenco bid for the New Age stake. And since Lukoil is not the actual operator, its involvement is not affected by the sanctions. New Age is the current operator, soon to be replaced by Perenco. | ham74
28/7/2023 11:09 | interesting you were bullish yesterday lol | everready1
28/7/2023 10:20 | Lukoil is the skeleton in the cupboard They have sanctions against them Hence I sold and switched into another Cameroon Oil Play (TOWER RESOURCES.. TRP) | riskyinvestor
28/7/2023 10:07 | i wonder if the Lukoil partner is the sticking point for approval? | everready1
28/7/2023 09:42 | Yes, the $25 million payment is just for FID ( Final Investment Decision ) on Etinde. It comes from the other two Joint venture partners, currently New Age and Lukoil but probably very soon Perenco and Lukoil. BowLeven would need to be paid more on top of that to sell part or all of their 25% stake in the project. | ham74
28/7/2023 06:05 | i assume on completion as well as receiving $25 mill they keep their 25% interest? | everready1
27/7/2023 16:53 | RiskyDon't you mean 25mill pounds not dollars? | everready1
