26/7/2023 17:59 | Maybe instead of doing an Equity Raise they could give a SHAREHOLDERS LOAN to BVLN until Etinde is in production. That way the share price will not be depressed. After all they did take out £15m from the company as a dividend. "THE rebel investor that stoked a boardroom coup at Bowleven is set to receive around £15m after the company announced plans to return £50m to investors. Crown Ocean Capital is in line to get by far the biggest share of the special dividend that Bowleven's board has decided it should pay".7 Jan 2019 | ![]() riskyinvestor
26/7/2023 17:12 | Raising debt and not equity should not be a problem as BVLN will receive $25m on FID Just need the New Age deal to be completed ASAP then 10p could be a realistic price | ![]() riskyinvestor
26/7/2023 16:29 | 50% a day will do nicely until the big news drops | ![]() imjustdandy
26/7/2023 16:11 | Hopefully Perenco and New Age deal completion deal imminient now | ![]() riskyinvestor
26/7/2023 15:15 | on LSE Board I reckon Perenco will want full ownership and will look to buy Blvn out up front of developing Etinde.... and Bowleven will bite for even a semi decent offer .. and a semi decent offer would see this share price MULTI bag from 4p not to mind 2p.. (Blvn is run by a bunch of hedge fund guys who just want their money back and a turn ...and walk away from this and stick with the day job in future) | ![]() imjustdandy
26/7/2023 15:05 | Agree something definatley going on hence am in but a big gamble | ![]() riskyinvestor

26/7/2023 14:58 | Must be close to the DEAL being completed "Assuming Perenco and New Age's transaction completes in June 2023, " | ![]() riskyinvestor
26/7/2023 14:57 | So the Board said the other day they know no reason for the share price rise but this could be the reason..This is a snippet from BLVN's interims "once Perenco's Etinde interest acquisition has been completed, it may seek to take a fresh look at Etinde development options and put in place a full development team. Assuming Perenco and New Age's transaction completes in June 2023, " | ![]() riskyinvestor
26/7/2023 14:39 | Are BLVN due $25m "Bowleven will continue to be entitled to a final investment decision (FID) payment of $25 million regardless of this transaction from its Etinde JV partners which, following completion, would include Perenco". | ![]() riskyinvestor
26/7/2023 14:33 | Am in I remember when these used to trade in pounds (Used to follow it a lot around 10 years ago) Surprise they still value their ETINDE ASSET at $150m and the Market Cap is only $7.5m I just had to get back in Something definately brewing Could the PERENCO deal be imminient | ![]() riskyinvestor
26/7/2023 14:27 | another few million shares churned. whoosh day getting closer | ![]() imjustdandy

26/7/2023 14:11 | slowly but surely. Re rate to 20p | ![]() imjustdandy
26/7/2023 08:00 | Agree - combination of debt and equity. Hopefully a big debt facility thus reducing the size of any raise. The board still talk about closing the gap between market cap and the value of the assets. That's a huge gap so price only going one way | ![]() imjustdandy
26/7/2023 07:13 | It doesn’t work that way. Why pay 20p when you can buy in the market for less? With those potential assets better to get a bank or major shareholder loan once the future is more clear. | ![]() iturama1
26/7/2023 06:57 | £150m asset and £4m market cap. They won't be raising at these levels. Probably north of 20p more like. | ![]() imjustdandy
25/7/2023 20:26 | Seen this pattern before. Market makers shifting it all over the place before serious leg up. 60p is the NAV. 2p is share price. Board say they plan to close that gap. Nice | ![]() imjustdandy
25/7/2023 20:11 | Close that gap. 2p to 60p - where does it close. Boom time. The board are telling you in black and white. On the basis of the detailed examination undertaken, the Board felt justified in maintaining the investment case for the Etinde valuation in excess of $150 million and hence concluded that no impairment was deemed necessary at the current time. The Board feels that with the evolving macro and geopolitical environment, the revenue and cost assumptions of our recent financial modelling, and the high calibre JO partner, the Etinde valuation now has a stronger underlying hypothesis. We acknowledge that the current capitalisation falls well short of these levels and that the Board's challenge into 2023 is to close this gap. | ![]() imjustdandy
25/7/2023 20:09 | Price will gradually increase before the big news. | ![]() imjustdandy

25/7/2023 15:54 | If this was a "pump and dump" (which I very much doubt) would you expect to see 3.5 million shares traded last Thursday, followed by much smaller numbers on subequent days, while the price settles at a somewhat higher range than prior to the big volume day? | ![]() ham74
