Perroverde - thank you. Appreciated.

My thought was that a warrant acquired along with the paid for share was able to be bought then sold into the market when the price suits - within the given time period/exercise price.

PJL4 ref the warrants no that isn't how it works - a warrant is surrendered to the company together with payment (at the strike price) and is thus deemed exercised, the new share issued in exchange to the warrant holder and must be rns'd by the company immediately. There haven't been any such rns's or at least not significant ones recently as far as I can recall.
It IS theoretically possible to trade warrants but I'd be very surprised if anyone is doing that here as they are very tightly held among a small number of investors, quite a few of those are Johnno's pals (and me lol). It does sometimes happen that in-the-money warrants are exercised and shares sold down(sometimes ahead) to pay for them/get the profit or just swap into the new shares and keep the delta profit value £. It also happens sometimes that out-of-the-money warrants are exercised, sometimes by eg probate where they have to dispose of the instrument or for tax reasons to realise a loss, so exercise it. Hope that helps!

Re share price I share the frustration, but as Echo says it's just how this share works - that the next couple of months may be quiet pending the next drill (early May?) with announcements shortly after. There's still Maibwe, KX36, Marsf gravels, Burgundy who will be getting busy very shortly, and Zimbabwe capable of surprising us meantime though!

It's a tiny volume, and not enough to indicative the general market sentiment. On the other hand, buyers aren't pulling in, but there still plenty of time.. progress is going to take a little while. But, it is progressing, steadily and solidly.Just one of the prospects being achieved will be big enough, and there's a good chance of more than one landing.

I agree, lots of potential but very disappointed to see the share price drop back so sharply again. I just wondered whether this may be the people who bought in the last fund raise - selling the warrants attached to each share purchased. Would this be possible?

Interims completely matter of fact and stuffed full of prospects and opportunity, all being processed nicely. Excellent.

Have you looked at the share prices of the 162 group companies?
Even here 7p to less than 1p in 10 years , yes a decade and you are still waiting.....
Take the others ...
add up the near £40m losses and no sales
add up the directors remuneration
why are all the stories the same?

Just let the Facts speak for themselves.
not the maybe one day rodders narrative

Yep, that comment is not justified here... the BoD team have delivered the goods before - many of us did very well out of African Diamonds via Lucara (and Lucara got a great deal), the remnants of AFD became BoD, assets have been added, new technology embraced, It's looking very much like they're going to do it again, only this time their stated intention is to realise the full value by working the discovery themselves rather then selling it on. Looking very good IMO.
