Yep, that comment is not justified here... the BoD team have delivered the goods before - many of us did very well out of African Diamonds via Lucara (and Lucara got a great deal), the remnants of AFD became BoD, assets have been added, new technology embraced, It's looking very much like they're going to do it again, only this time their stated intention is to realise the full value by working the discovery themselves rather then selling it on. Looking very good IMO.

"The diamonds were not weighed as the sample size was small "

In other words we are not telling you just how tiny and insignificant the diamonds were because that diverts you back to reality , away from the headline .... we found diamonds....

Even the Hoffmans (Gold Rush) found diamonds in South America after months

They were worth sweet FA but they found some, arguably bigger than these.

Great colour and clarity, and a nice macle to go with. Roll on next round of drilling.

It is very unusual to get macrodiamonds from such sample which at 500kg is small. It is a very significant find that they are on to, and the abundance of accompanying indicators supports this.

From 500kg of sample? With these results finding macro diamonds, which these are in that size fraction is very unusual. They are on to something very special here.

Great RNS! I am told (by folk who know more about it than I do!) that it’s very special and pretty rare to get that sort of result from that scope and size of drill. On to the next drill, looks very very promising indeed from here!

As tenement holders of the most prospective properties in bots at the moment - kx36 and maibwe - one would think bod would be a key part of their strategy, added with bod's ex petra database and burgundy's exposure to ex de beers people, and bod's jc. The full value of bod is still to be realised - hopefully the ozzies dont nab it first.

Burgundy Diamonds investor presentation delivered to PDAC a few days ago. Some cues for the future, and compelling rationale around BOD's value proposition, esp from around 11 minutes into the pres.https://www.burgundy-diamonds.com/webinar
