You don't have to like what fenners has to say but he is entitled to his opinion and banning him from the BB is not going to make any difference.

If Fenners is not totally daft, he would just turn up again with a new name.

It takes all sorts and we are not in an echo chamber here.

No disrespect 😎😎😎 )

Emilio - there is no need for that. This is one of the relatively civilised BBs. Can we keep it that way? 😎😎😎

Correct - and claimed facts display complete non comprehension of the diamond exploration business. Doubt he even owns any shares. Does anyone have premium membership so we can block this idiot from this page?

No. You are full of hatred.
You don’t get the way this type of
exploration company works.
High risk very high reward,

Whilst you may not like my take on the matter - its Fact.
Its all there in the RNS.

Just imagine you could buy the shares , get the money back via director's remuneration and still own the shares....
and if they rise you can get some more with the likelihood of selling at a profit later...

If they fall you get director's remuneration and sell some shares at a loss - capital gains deduction.....

What's not to like ?

Fenton best ignored,
Very bitter person.
All looks excellent here for us.

A predictably half empty response from the troll - as usual. Best ignored. Another opportunistic year coming up in between lockdowns so it will be interesting to see how the excellent deal with petra is leveraged in botswana. It will not be an easy year though with lockdowns in sa continuing, added with particularly high seasonal rainful both of which impose their own sets of site access restrictions.

Of course that was meant to say 'profit', rather than 'purify' !

Those of us here who managed to purify from AFD / Lucara will have a lot of goodwill towards BOD.Exploration takes time, James is knowledgeable and hard working, they have fantastic assets. This is a modest placing. It's still looking great.

Company announces this morning that it has sold shares at a discount to the market price to a small group of directors and "acquaintances".

For the rest of the shareholder base - tough , you just got diluted , again.

Still if you read the last decade of RNS's you knew this was coming so accept it - the directors don't care.

Further more just in case there is ever anything found they have built in 2 year 1 for 1 warrants to ensure that these same placing contributors can have a free bet on getting their hands on any shares should the share price go back up to say where it was last month.

And if they go down - then they don't buy the warrants....

Do the directors have an even better bet as the funds raised are going to be used "to provide additional working capital for the Company" which would include ....
paying directors' remuneration.....?

Can't really go wrong ..... free bet anyone ?

Oh sorry , you're not invited.

Dilution disappointing, but relatively small and great to see directors buying in and this strengthens the company.
