02/12/2020 10:03 | Based on diamond value back then to today's prices due to lockdown. | georgeo1
02/12/2020 09:57 | seems to be a bit of stock available now. I guess sellers have been stuck till there is a liquidity event.. like now imo, the potential of this pipe should push us a lot higher once sellers are out | currypasty
02/12/2020 09:55 | Good morning | markfrankie
02/12/2020 09:52 | Talkman is correct but remember that $264m was nearly 20 years ago, prices have pretty much doubled since then... | perroverde
02/12/2020 09:49 | $260 million over 2 years with a 4 day payback ! No wonder Teeling said it was ‘ very significant’. Current market cap around £7 million ! Go figure | talkman2
02/12/2020 09:44 | John Teeling, chairman, commented. "Our drilling has discovered a small kimberlite pipe ("a blow") on the Thorny River project. This is very significant as the nearby Marsfontein (0.4 hectares) and Sugarbird (0.5 hectares) blows were extremely profitable diamond-producing operations anyone know HOW profitable they were ? | currypasty
02/12/2020 09:28 | Now online 0.85p & 0.9p Wish I had spare cash might be a fun ride for you guys & gals. DF | ducky fuzz
02/12/2020 09:27 | Just ticked up . Expect this to pop soon . | talkman2

02/12/2020 09:17 | My 500,000 buy finally went through at 0.9p . Very strange market and share price response given today’s very significant news . | talkman2
02/12/2020 09:06 | T .. you can buy 500k at 0.9p (IG) Strangely to buy 100k it's 0.925p Go figure. DF | ducky fuzz
02/12/2020 09:04 | It's off the market radar. Which can be both a good and a bad thing. I've also been trying to buy some all morning, nothing doing. Marsfontein M1 was indeed extraordinary. So far this year we've seen the Thorny River discovery, a deal with Sekaka getting £m's worth of assets for virtually nothing, and now this. Plus huge Zimbabwe potential, Maibwe still to come, tiny overheads and no debt. All for £6m... | perroverde
02/12/2020 08:58 | Sorry , payback after 4 days . This potentially seems a company maker to me . | talkman2
02/12/2020 08:57 | Cant seem to buy any shares . Tried to buy 500,000 at just after 8.00am and it’s still pending! Seems to be hardly any market on the shares . The Marfonstein figures are extraordinary . $246 million over 2 years in 2001 with a payback after 2 days ! No wonder Teeling said it was ‘ very significant’. Can’t understand the market response . | talkman2
02/12/2020 08:51 | Yes-market cap sub £6m looks too low given the upside here.IMO | oldtimer169
02/12/2020 08:28 | Great news. Not sure why they used the word 'small' - the target area (0.4ha) is the same size as Marsfontein M1 which (for Talkman!) generated approx $246m (at 2001 prices so probably double today) over only 2 years and repaid all capital outlay with its first 4 days of production of 1.8m carats recovered from 1m tonnes of kimberlite, = grade of 188 carats per hundred tons of diamond. M1 was also described as 'small' at the time...! | perroverde
02/12/2020 07:58 | Botswana borders also open so travelling to south Africa and Zimbabwe back now. | georgeo1
02/12/2020 07:57 | Sounds better than just a kimberlite blow/pipe. | georgeo1
02/12/2020 07:38 | If this is confirmed massive upside from current levels in my opinion | talkman2
02/12/2020 07:33 | This is very significant. Can somebody remind me please what was the value and profit of the Marfonstein diamond mine discovered by De Beers ? | talkman2
02/12/2020 07:33 | Paid capital back in ~4 days. 200 million investment from recall of jc's presentations. | atlas1234
02/12/2020 07:31 | Excellent piece of news - beat me to it georgio. I was also scrambling for a definition of breccia, which just sounds like a fancy term for kimberlite goo. | atlas1234 |
