Yesterday the price more than doubled , combined with the volume which was massive by recent standards I suspect that the regulators will be pressing the company to say something, even if it is just " we know of no reason etc. "

25p !!! In my lifetime I do not believe that I have ever seen such an enormous premium ! Right now I suspect that a bidder might pitch his bid at 5p, still a stonking premium to current price level , but possibly a fraction of what we might see should the Falklands get developed. If there is a bid it will be interesting to see how the shareholders vote, given current conditions I suspect that many will prefer to grab the bird in hand, be it 3p, 4p, or 5p.

Wondering if fellow Falklands O&G company "ARG" will move in tandem. Current market cap is just 3.6m as opposed to BOR's 5.4m market cap.

Surely the Russian/Ukrainian situation underlines how imperative it is that the UK has control of its own energy supply.
It can only be a matter of time before the Falklands once again becomes a talking point in this respect. As oil goes through $100 I will be very surprised if we do not see this stock begin to run at last.
