It gets to the dizzy heights of 009p giving some hope only to fall back by 22% next day. You think its being manipulated ? Good timing for those who "topped up" on a winner in last couple of sessions. No money, no partner, no farm in, no drilling. Why is this dog still breathing ? and why would a PI invest here ? Well you can dump it, the market will be open again tomorrow at 8a.m. and you should fnd that it is relatively easy to sell 250k, or is your holding in the millons ?

First decommissioning temporary dock
Which RKH r the hook for 40%

And then

This arbitration against Italian government
The costs r Based on a win lose
What happens if RKH losses
We have to pick up the cost of
Arbitration

Yes, but don't you get the feeling that something is going on behind the scenes here. The market seems to be absorbing a large volume of sales, but whenever i try to do a dummy sale in 250k ( for example ) i can never get a bid. All very odd.
