29/7/2022 09:04 | I think all Falklands stocks will move up. The word on everyone's lips for the next few years is energy security. There are huge sources of energy in the Falklands that will help solve a lot of problems for Europe. | whoppy
29/7/2022 08:31 | Fwiw I think share price will start a move north again, Just my opinion//thoughts nothing else | adg
27/7/2022 08:53 | All joking apart its a disgrace the way this bod does not communicate with its shareholders. Time for them to go now and give someone else with skills in deal making a chance. Bunch of useless people taking money for nothing. | brazilnut1
26/7/2022 16:16 | Nowt happening here is there really ? Where has our mountie in shining armour gone ? Obviously fell off his horse. 😂😂 | brazilnut1
26/7/2022 04:10 | Whoppsy you are right. Pity nobody else is interested in BOR. Maybe you, Gus01 and Pageofcups can produce Darwin between you ? Could be the only way 😂😂 | brazilnut1
25/7/2022 22:09 | High crude prices are here to stay. There is now more focus on low carbon projects like Darwin. Investors are pressuring oil companies to produce oil and gas with a low carbon footprint. | whoppy
25/7/2022 22:03 | German industry is already shutting down due to energy shortages. | whoppy
25/7/2022 21:37 | There's no confusion. Whether it's LNG, LPG or oil, prices are sky high and energy security is paramount. They are all related. It needs to be coming from countries that are not going to use energy to hold economies to ransom. New energy supply needs to be found pronto. Falklands can provide energy security to the UK and Europe. If Europe are no longer importing oil and gas from Russia then they need to find it from somewhere else. Right now they can't find new supply and they have a serious problem. | whoppy
25/7/2022 20:26 | Whoppy; BOR will NOT cure the European gas issue from their production of condensate. You have just linked to a Russian gas story that has no relevance to what BOR HOPE to produce. Russia are supplying Methane that heats European homes. On 8th July you pasted the whole content of an article about LNG. whoppy 8 Jul '22 - 12:12 - 28044 of 28079 0 0 0 "Nice guess but I bought these sub 1p so in profit. LNG Investment Is Back" BOR will not liquefy natural gas. The LNG story has no relevance . Your posts confuse. BOR will NOT cure the developing domestic natural gas crisis. They will take away the liquids only. The methane that Europe would like will be re-injected by BOR. | cyan
25/7/2022 20:09 | Russia has cut gas to Germany. Their economy is on the brink of disaster and winter for them is going to be bad. | whoppy
25/7/2022 20:00 | They will be producing condensate and LPG not LNG. Liquified petroleum gas has many important uses. The LPG and condensate has a higher value. It is liquid at room temperature and easily transported ie: it doesn't have to be cooled to -234C like LNG. It's much easier to handle than LNG. This is why it's such a sought after liquid and can be re-pressurised to a gas for industry or used as a liquid fuel. The Darwin project is low cost, high yield, quick payback. No FLNG needed. Engineering studies have demonstrated that the discovery, if successfully appraised, could be commercialised by a straightforward FPSO development, utilising proven, off-the-shelf technology. The liquids would be produced and the dry gas re-injected back into the reservoir. A leased FPSO would be located in either 2,000 metres of water, above the discovery, or in 1,100 metres of water using a 14 kilometre subsea flow line. | whoppy
25/7/2022 18:55 | Whoppsy, as Cyan has now wiped the floor with you, its obviously you that doesn't understand 😂😂 | brazilnut1
25/7/2022 18:27 | Whoppy wrote "You don't understand,.... I respectfully repeat what BOR has made clear; the dry gas; the methane will be re-injected and only the liquids taken away. LNG is composed almost exclusively of methane. Its methane that fills the gas pipes to European homes. For BOR's gas (methane) to be commercialised will require liquefaction and that would require an FLNG vessel which can cost billions. Its not going to happen; BOR are NOT going to liquefy the methane; NO LNG. What is the function of FLNG? FLNG technology makes the production, liquefaction and storage of natural gas possible at sea. LNG is transferred directly from the floating facility to specific carriers, for convenient shipping to countries around the world. | cyan
24/7/2022 20:27 | Yes I did read it but it's saying nothing new, including fk all about this BORing no hope dog. Never mind its only 8 weeks last Friday you said it would be "10p" 😂😂 | brazilnut1
23/7/2022 18:54 | You haven't even read the article..you Plonker. Navitas also brings access to an interesting source of funds: Israeli investors, who Tadmor says are eager for more access to oil and gas assets. He dismisses opposition to new oil and gas fields on climate change grounds. “The truth is that the transition from hydrocarbons to new sources of energy is going to take much longer than people think, and in the meantime we will need new sources of oil and gas.” He is also relaxed about Argentina’s denunciations. “We are aware of the conflict, but it is a UK territory. “Our experience in the eastern Mediterranean makes me believe that oil discoveries are positive developments — if we do well then other oil companies, even the majors, will come to the Falklands.” Both Moody and Tadmor are, understandably, keen to stress the impact that oil production could have on British energy security. “This could be big enough to replace all the oil imports the UK has from Russia,” Moody says. | whoppy
23/7/2022 16:19 | No its an article that is quoting Sam Moody and Navitas as saying/repeating nothing really new. BOR doesn't come into it however. | brazilnut1
23/7/2022 12:59 | Big article in the Times saying Falklands is back on. More investment coming in. | whoppy
22/7/2022 11:59 | Soon to be back in the 1p's. What a disgrace this bod is. Nothing to day despite this. Never mind, Gus01 on LSE says will be back in the 3p's soon. Wow what a day that will be. 7p to 3p. Can hardly contain my excitement. 😂😂 | brazilnut1
21/7/2022 17:17 | Farm outs or buy outs take ages to put together. One day rodders! | taxibabe
21/7/2022 14:28 | Nothing happening here. Business as usual. Pile of deadness but bod still taking huge salaries for doing nowt. Same old same old. | brazilnut1
21/7/2022 00:00 | Whoppy make your mind up. You said someone bought £27k's worth, then that no one puts £27k's in. You goin mad like me ? This pile would do that to anyone😂 | brazilnut1
20/7/2022 22:44 | Ok we will see Whoppy. I sincerely hope your optimism is well founded. | brazilnut1
20/7/2022 08:27 | No one puts in £27k..it's not loose change. | whoppy |
