I guess it's a squeeze. Might be going down to 570 before going up. Anything's possible.

Been buying down from 6.20 now have an average all in on cfd's at 6.115. Why the ongoing decline, looks like about 5 straight days.

Given retail activity it seems to be becoming good value?

I am assuming (nay, hoping) that we will see a recovery as we approach the ed date (sometime in June), unless of course there won't be a divi

Yes the sector is ripe for takeovers.. I'm long on these, M&S & WH Smith. Boots looks like its lost its way so I expect not long before a takeover is mounted.

Could Watsons be a possible bidder ? They have been toughting about increasing their market share and this could well be a good opportunity for them.

Amazing you mentioned about BOOTS. I was informed by someone this evening that BOOTS might be a takeover target. Lets hope his information is true!!!

IMHO, Boots is the next takeover target after WH Smiths. What I not sure is the hidden value of its properties. Anyone with any knowledge on this? This is a very solid company and the recent fall will make it an attractive bid target!.

It's amazing with the shares buyback surely this is good and increase the value of the stock for shareholders. So why is the value still not rising? Are we going to see one tomorrow?
