DM, from Chorley contacted the Guardian Newspaper and wrote:

My sister returned an online order from Dorothy Perkins and received a part refund in two random payments totalling £12.42, instead of the full £48.90 that she was due. Boohoo Customer service told her it was an issue with her bank, but Twitter and Trustpilot are full of complaints about Boohoo from people having the same issue – some say they are owed three-figure sums.

The Response:

Boohoo, took over the Dorothy Perkins brand in February after the collapse of Arcadia Group, and since then, Boohoo has had numerous problems with returns.

In April, shoppers reported that they were unable to generate the required Royal Mail returns label online. Now, it seems many unhappy customers are claiming that they only received partial refunds – or no refund at all – after sending back purchases, and 65% of Trustpilot reviewers rate the service from Boohoo and its subsidiaries as bad.

The important bit being:-

The daily chart (above) shows that the Boohoo share price staged a very small recovery in the past few weeks. However, a closer look at the Boohoo chart shows that this recovery is part of the formation of a "bearish flag pattern".

In charting & technical analysis terms, a "bearish flag pattern" is usually a sign that the price will break lower soon. The current Boohoo share price is also trading between the 25-day moving average and the 50-day moving average.

Therefore, Boohoo shares will most likely break out lower in September as traders target and retest the key support level at 250p, which was the lowest level seen in July.
