The recent LinkedIn post has sparked fury and an angry reaction on social media, as many people were very quick to point out the OBVIOUS lack of racial diversity among the young interns.



"For a brand so ready to capitalise on Black culture, Black music, Black-influenced street culture / fashion and influential Black and bi-cultural women to sell your wares, you’re sending a very clear message on how much you (Boohoo) actually value Black and bi-cultural women professionally," wrote one angry customer.

Another user wrote: "Clearly out of touch (Boohoo). No doubt people of colour make an impact on your bottom line, yet they are not represented in your 2021 internships. Your loss."

"Nice to see the lack of diversity...," wrote another customer.

"Completely agree, not sending a good message to people of colour who would've be interested in working for Boohoo!," added someone else.

Another person added "this lack of representation isn't great"

"It's nice to work somewhere alongside a mixture of people, including those who also look like you.. lack of representation isn't great."

"The lack of diversity is disturbing," wrote another person.



Some shoppers said they would NOT be buying from Boohoo again.

The daily chart (above) shows that the Boohoo share price staged a very small recovery in the past few weeks. However, a closer look at the Boohoo chart shows that this recovery is part of the formation of a "bearish flag pattern".

In charting & technical analysis terms, a "bearish flag pattern" is usually a sign that the price will break lower soon. The current Boohoo share price is also trading between the 25-day moving average and the 50-day moving average.

Therefore, Boohoo shares will most likely break out lower in September as traders target and retest the key support level at 250p, which was the lowest level seen in July.

Unfortunately if you have lost money to the voices of reason you may have to go for own brand tinned peas or beans perhaps .
