Aren’t bnn’s advisers in the UK? The update says they’re affected by covid, how? Gateleys solicitors are acting as the registered office so guess they’re doing legal work too? Covid impacting them? Not convinced!

Well before BNN plc got suspended 4 years ago I warned people consistently about Mercer on here.

Then the shares got suspended.

mattysmaller If this was a scam Mercer could have put BNN in administration years ago and bought the best bits for himself from the receivers, Cancelled BNN shares. so why is he bothering with informing BNN Shareholders if it is a scam?
