Reading between the lines it has got to be BNN who are MICT target. I can’t see MICT shareholders being over pleased with this though.

Well BNN chairman says they are in final stages of a deal. Mict are the obvious buyer given chinese connection and possible synergies.Them Mict lookk to issue 175m new shares for accelerated growth reasons. Its a reasonable deduction to arrive at a connection between the two events. DJ

Yes MICT has cash so 175M more shares is hopefully for a takeover with shares ( hopefully BNN ) but we just have to wait until early next week to see if it is BNN fingers crossed

The technique of time is a great healer is being used by Mercer here

A lot of dirty dealing has been hidden away over the years in BNN

And a ( if any )tiny return to shareholders after all these years will be seen as a palatable end .

Website still down, I have emailed the Chairman regarding this along with questions about the takeover, but so far I have received no response. Doesn't sound positive, but fingers crossed there still might be a small return.

I dont understand how Ben White stayed out of prison. He was dodgy as hell at BNN, then duped hundreds of investors out of tens of millions and then managed to set himself up as a guru for MICT. The guys a menace!

Ben White should have gone to jail for the way he scammed £70m-£200m from hard working doctors and dentists in non approved EIS schemes. He was ex FD of BNN - says it all? MICT will end the same way.
