Got a reply from the FCA today, after my email to them, asking them to investigate into the running of BNN over the last 5years...Their suggestion was to contact Citizens Advice..

Another week gone without BNN informing it's shareholders to what is happening to their investment. Anyone would think that they don't care, or did they just get the months of April and May mixed up?

Rayfenn Thanks for the heads up on the Queen English. You have now admitted that from a legal perspective that you understand the ramifications of your remarks.You are indecisive on where you stand all your previous comments (well the ones l bothered to read) imply that the deal is definitely BS and our money has been lost and we should all move on.!Yet on your recent post you now say "Even if there is a deal in the future it will mean a huge dilution" which is what l said in my post.So which is it?? How bad we get hit with dilution as we all know depends on the MICT price. I haven't been around for the past three years posting and listening to the fraudsters that you have referred and l am glad of it after listening to you. We are all in the same position, l stand by my post. I have absolutely no idea nor have l ever spoken to a Mr Hanson.

You have never seen desperate post's from me quoting whisperings from the BNN tea lady, so kindly engage your brain before slandering people.We all share the same frustrations with this company. I thought l was doing a good thing by helping to elevate those frustrations perhaps l got it wrong.If it's not true then l have been lied to however as previously mentioned l have absolutely no reason to doubt the source.Rayfenn l will be looking for my apology from you after the announcement.

I have heard the deal has finally been done with the BNN shares. It's looking we will have restrictions on when we can trade the MICT shares, and as we all know there will be dilution. Like many l have been in this long. I have no reason to disbelieve the source.

Skin, Agreed, but where to start?, people have contacted FCA, but to no avail, and you would need many Pi's to register their complaint, seems not enough are interested. I've made up my 9k loss with Eurasia luckily, and still awaiting final outcome with a potential dividend for all investors

Skin, I posted a while back, that it seems to be, a constant drifting of info, just to keep pi's off their backs, it's not coming back, and no one of any officialdom is interested, glad to be proved wrong, but Mercer is a bad un, and my money and yours is gone, best live and learn, and move on

This has just gone on far too long Mercer has started again in the US and has already started to give much doubt to investors .

The business has been run into the ground by the people who controlled and run this company 3-4 years ago and the rest have just moved in to take the crumbs left .
