His knowledge on how he saw a deal being completed for us shareholders was from a compiled announcements from the board and rumours on here

I am a long term holder in BNN and appreciate your effort.
Originally, I understand, BNN was to be aprt of a deal in which it would finish up in MICT.
Apparently whilst liking Mercer the people behind MICT were not enamoured
with what they found in BNN which surprised me as I thought there were some very promising possibilities involving Chinese prospect.
Currently it seems that Mercer is gaining ground and BNN has become a nonentity.
Where all the BNNfunds and prospects have gone is anybobody's guess but a wall of silence does not bode well.
AS usual the Authorities do not seem to be interested.

If what we fear is indeed reality - I am honestly amazed and even a little bit impressed that they had a bash at doing this twice. Then again, if there were zero repercussions from the first one, then maybe that explains the lack of fear. A few more questions from me:ParagonEx - I understand these guys were part of the merger plan initially. Does anyone know anything about them? Are they a 'real' company? Wondering if they might have an interesting perspective on all this. Micronet - MICT seem to own 50% of them. I've assumed that this ownership is real, and also that Micronet seem to be an actual company with real employees. If this were all a scam, any thoughts on their role / awareness?Richard Abrahams - hired by MICT as MD. Seems like a real person, with proper background. Any thoughts on how they'd have recruited him if this was a fraud?HMRC - it's mentioned there was an investigation into BW. Can anyone share a bit more about what this is for and how we know it's in progress? Might that this is the thing we can all piggy back onRumours - we've heard Mercer shorted the stock, and that BE is disappearing shortly. Is anyone able to share the sources for either of these points? Also keen to understand if people think 'disappearing' is a real threat given today's world of tracking and connectivity!?Institutional ownership - I can see some big names with a small stake in MICT. Blackrock. Barclays. Does this imply any credibility or do people think it's just expire from a broader Nasdaq buy?China Strategic Holdings - these guys seem to have a stake in MICT too. And what MICT is purporting to become would seem like a good fit based on their interim report (easy to find on Google). I guess I'm trying to square this off vs Ponzi scheme, keen to hear thoughts from anyone who understands this world better than I. Thanks in advance to anyone with the time / patience to respond and engage on this. Appreciate these questions are mostly MICT related not BNN, but there's probably a sense of vested interest for all.

As we have said many times Andy the posters on this board were mostly bnn shills and stooges for the Cheshire set. There were very few genuine investors. Perfect choice the biggest stooge going.

As I have posted several times I have an open case with the sec with an officer there, the fca and sfo and companies house so far have drawn a blank.

I’ve been in touch with investors that have significant holdings however due to their connections with certain people and they just don’t want to get involved they won’t stick their head above the parapet. It’s really very strange as there are some big numbers. Digging further some of these were involved in more ways than one.

The ponzi was repeated by BW with MICT. Got cronies to buy at 1.15 dollars, then pumped with emails and texts to the gullables. Mercer and White have made a fortune from shorting. Rumours are that BW will just disappear with his ill gotten gains before the court case with HMRC.

I can understand why there would be so much anger here. Seems it may well be history repeating. I just can't see how this is supposed to end for Ben White and indeed Mercer if there was never any actual plan for it to come good. I mean... surely they're fast running out of road here. In terms of fraud / jail etc... have any of the group here got together to actually develop a case and work together? Or are people just making complaints as individuals?
