I've never put much on here and I should do the amount of shares I sadly own, it looks as though it's all over the BNN website has disappeared

Charles, when you read the comments on Stocktwits regarding MICT, it's like history repeating itself....I wonder who BNNs preferred partner might be?

It's fair to say Mr Mercer has done well for himself.

MICT down another 15% so far today, even the optimists at Stocktwits must be getting concerned.

Sounds like BNN story. Nobody knows they even exist there in China. What's the business local website address, as fintech they should have on e in Chinese.

No we didn’t all we ever heard about or were told was that new s soon or deals will be signed. New partner etc. Most of these came via whispers or from a close source. All of them turned out to be false and nothing ever came of it. The only consistent was the money raising and the share price erosion with a few peoples life styles going up to akin with the royal family’s.

Stay away from mict it’s the same MO as we have seen before.

Oscar, with the 50% drop in MICT shares in the last couple of days I can understand your concerns. I am hoping BNNs preferred partner in the takeover of its assets isn't MICT, otherwise I can see a case of history repeating itself.

Hi guys. New poster here. I got into MICT after a recommendation from a friend - but increasingly concerned about the wisdom / safety of my investment. I understand they're working to pivot to a fintec, with an insurance platform that's already live and developing partnerships (allegedly) as well as a trading platform that will (allegedly) compete with the increasingly valuable FUTU. My issue is.... I can't find any evidence that either of these exist. The Stocktwits crew (some of which I see are here too) seem blindly optimistic despite the irregular share price movements and lack of specificity in the PR, yet unable to provide any evidence of any actual product. So my question to you BNN investors, did you ever see an actual product developed by BNN that was being used by consumers?

I see Mercer’s 40% share of MICT is now worth $100m, he is clearly a smart boy. The higher the shares go the easier it is to buy BNN assets.

Not exactly.Oncewe get taken out even if it is only 20p in the pound from share price at delist then the CGT loss can be utilised going forward at 20% if higher rate.

Was delisted in Feb 2018 at price 42p. They are talking about getting a price close to business value between 2018-2019 so would say will be less than the delisting price.

I would say Mict is buying it. Mercer knows it has a potential so will buy at discounted price from us.
