It just amazes me , what some people want to do with that gift . Mercer seems to think spite with tyranny is the intellectual velocity. He probably won’t get what he deserves too .

However if good people designed life .

Good people would rule the world ....

Bnn popped back up from the ashes of dji and so the big ponzi pump started from Cheshire and the networks. From one person close to the source buying who then told his network who then bought who then told his network and so on for the best part of two years. The subsequent collapse occurred when one very large punter who was massively over geared was liquidated. He then attempted to pump as many people in as possible to try to recoup some of his losses. Then the cfo resigned and many allegations were made with mud slinging about impro behaviour. News soon, bids from the big Chinese data companies at ridiculous premiums were all fed out to pump it up. Stock suspended and yet more BSpumped out.

New company and more bs about mict reverse in TO. Money missing etc everyone disappearing and here we are with the story starting to repeat itself across the pond...

There are rumours that mict is going to buy bnn in the near future which I find very concerning indeed. It does sound very similar , lots of promises of big news and deals then nothing - no one can find the broker platform that they say is built and any of the announcements that are made they say they cannot give specifics due to the fact they are prevented from doing so due to NDA’s, which seems madness to me when these deals are apparently actually signed. I didn’t know that one of them had actually done a stretch already which is new news to me , worrying. The share price has stagnated now and seems to be held in a narrow band by premarket and after hours trades of unusual amounts. How long did BNN rumble on before it all fell apart ? Shareholders seem to have some comfort as a NASDAQ share people seem to think that the SEC offers them protection from fraudulent releases and statements? Thanks

It’s the exact same MO as BNN put out amazing deals in the pipeline news, deals supposedly signed and as time goes on nothing materialises.

The people behind all are only out for one thing, themselves and keeping the gravy train going. Milk it for all it’s worth see bnn and then onto the next “business̶1; that business is moving money from ones persons pocket to theirs.

Just look at what they have done now in moving mict to a new country. Ask your self why they have done that?

There are various rumours of people being able to sell on the huge pump that happened and then also on the short side as it collapsed. Make of that what you will.

The Cheshire set need hauling over the coals on this and people need to go back to prison. One person involved has already done a stretch and should be back behind bars on all of this as he personally rinsed a good 4 million out of people.

What are peoples thoughts on MICT ? It seems very good but then you look at the people behind it - Darren Mercer - Ben White - it juat seems promise after promise and no action at all , is this what happened also at bnn ? Thanks

Only one reason to move the head office Charles and that is to be able to get away with things from prying eyes and probing questions. CFO stepping down not another one that has found the hidden files in the bottom cabinet and then is accused of improper behaviour with personnel? All seems so familiar.

Only difference is no debt in Mict, but seems they will find a way to get rid of us. Look, we were promised some update to be out a month ago. Still nothing. If this time BNN website goes down, it will be the last switch off imo.

Remember similar move did Nighthawk Energy back in the days. I saw that as a deal done, company was made dissolvent in the court while was already selling own oil and paying down the debt, shortly after was sold to a fund in the same location. Friends paid exactly the debt amount, not less, not more. How come the company valuation was exactly same as the debt, only they know. Shareholders have got shafted, legally.

Andy, I say it's perhaps it's time to move on, because the authorities are not interested to what's gone on at BNN, and I believe nothing will come out this value for shareholders deal in up coming weeks.
