09/2/2018 15:36 | blimey! The shorting DM haters are upset today. Looks like BNN May have a life going forward...people that hold stock, please ignore this boring crew of haters... | and11
09/2/2018 15:35 | A horse owned by Mercer runs tomorrow at Newbury. "Warned-off" over 10 years ago, he was. Slightly economical with the facts aren't we Kitey.... | tecwin1
09/2/2018 15:30 | "Anybody spot the DM hater!!!" I despise Mercer. I have met him. A true charlatan. He is a criminal. Warned off by the jockey club FFS. A scoundrel of the highest order. | ![]() highasakite
09/2/2018 15:21 | bergsy, I would have thought longs and shorts would be closed upon the delist. BNN is currently a private company. EDIT BNN is a private company at 18.00 today. I would expect bets to be closed out at that point, at Zero. | ![]() andy
09/2/2018 15:13 | If the show is over, why are you still here WWW? | ssc85
09/2/2018 15:11 | Anybody spot the DM hater!!! | ![]() perfect choice
09/2/2018 14:44 | Makes me laugh....seeing ADVFN BNN chat on a PC.....who’s mugshot is slap bang there at the top next to BNN.....Madoff !! PMSL. Just re-read the RNS. Scandalous. Absolute contempt for investors. Why leave the RNS to the last possible day ? No facts, no money/trading update, no apology, nothing. Just fluff. Bernie would be proud of Mercer. Oh, and all info from Monday onward is on the BNN website, if/when they feel like posting anything. As for DM 30m share value....he doesn’t need any more money, he’s got plenty stashed from investors and loans and BNN purchases and bonuses etc. He’s off to pastures new to live life as a billionaire for a time then present new opportunities to more gullibles and live off their cash. Shows over guys. Now where’s that little man with my sunbed....... | ![]() wetwestwales
09/2/2018 14:41 | To Genises We may get a Memorandum of Understanding prior to the legals and IB sealing the deal sooner than people think - even this month. Valuations of the various business strands in BNN (especially the IP around metadata and goodwill around the soccer microsite as a couple of examples) was never going to be straightforward. Chinese Fintech is still well-regarded in the US but I simply have no knowledge (yet) of who the interested parties are but I gather the negotiations are genuinely progressing well. | ripplevale
09/2/2018 14:40 | Two companies looking at Bnn might see a fight for the assets if the likes of some big corporations are after the Chinese assets. What will they get. An entry into the mobile payments for petrol filling stations An entry into mobile payments for utilities and fines. An entry into university population through new contract Football.lol Apple comes to mind as one company!! Which assets would they want. | ![]() genises
09/2/2018 14:24 | £7 million max Minus Director interest free loans. | pj 1
09/2/2018 14:21 | Won't be anywhere near £27 million now. More like £5 million ish. | ![]() highasakite
09/2/2018 14:14 | It will be interesting to see who we are in talks with and the enhanced price the company will be worth. The company had £27 million in the bank in September so this will count in the value of the assets plus all the contracts the company has or are progressing in China. For a company whose in the technology industry who wants to get into china a quick win win with lots of contacts. May be the shorters May get burnt for those who took a short in the 40s pence. Of course the shorters could say their is no assets and it’s a big fraud which would mean every director will be investigated for fraud and the auditors investigated Mercer loan still needs to be paid back. | ![]() genises
09/2/2018 14:08 | All of the rampers were suggesting an AIM re-listing so not obvious to them. | ![]() highasakite
09/2/2018 14:02 | not certain but think shorting is barred on NASDAQ/NY? bar westofwales and highasakite too that would be good. Right on de-listign Kite but that was obvious from Dec on anyway. | ![]() wla2510
09/2/2018 13:16 | Spot on Kite, 100% | ![]() wetwestwales
09/2/2018 13:15 | Good morning everyone. So, it’s over. But fear not, DM et al working hard with 2 (unnamed) US companies and (unnamed) legals etc. Shareholders top priority. Report back soon. Blah blah blah. Erm....rewind.....an | ![]() wetwestwales
09/2/2018 13:10 | There will be no USA deal. All smoke and mirrors. | ![]() highasakite
09/2/2018 13:09 | DM has 29M shares so hardly going to do a deal of no value on himself. Lets see what happens. | ![]() perfect choice
09/2/2018 12:18 | No idea, but they said 'enhanced value' . | ![]() marmar80
09/2/2018 12:13 | ''The Company is now at an advanced stage of discussions with two US listed companies with the objective of closing a deal which if delivered should greatly enhance shareholder value.'' From 42p or from Zero, or somewhere inbetween? How are they valuing the Business currently? | pj 1
09/2/2018 12:08 | Wonder what price people will set on MBS? Cost of certificate plus mbs fee will be minimum £50 | ![]() marmar80
09/2/2018 12:08 | Will be checking through other sources. Perhaps some share holders have a tax bill or loan to pay and need the cash now!!! | ![]() perfect choice |
